M aintain a careful installation of the cable in order to avoid short circuits. Pay attention also to existing cables. Connect the antenna as show n in the illustration below : Fix legs on the ground with tent pegs. 1 Fix legs on the ground with tent pegs. 2 3 Put the body on tripod and fasten the knob. 4 4 5 Connect Main LNB and Side LNB connectors. Tighten the lockingknob in order to secure the pointing to target satellite. The light will continue when it is locked enough 12 Turn on the power adapter. 8 6 [날짜] - Connection Chart – - 3. Troubleshooting N o satellite signal O bjects such as trees, bridges and large houses located at the satellite’s angle of incidence cause the signal to be lost. If the satellite signal is lost due to severe w eather conditions, the current program of the TV or receiver w ill be interrupted (the picture w ill pixelate, freeze or disappear). W hen the weather conditions allo w good reception again, the TV picture w ill be restored. Is there dirt on the antenna ? H eavy dirt on the housing can cause reception problem s. Is everything correctly connected and sw itched on ? M ake sure that the TV and the receiver are connected correctly and that the receiver I correctly set for satellite reception. Are all cables connected correctly and the connections crew tightly onto the coaxial cable ? Also check the coaxial cable for kinks. 7 [날짜] Footprint of the satellite Satellite are in fixed posi tions above the equator in orbit. In order to receive the TV signals, the receiving location m ust be within the footprint. In the peripheral areas of the footprint, reception interference m ay occur. Satellite frequency of a TV channel w as changed TV stations change their fre quency sporadically, w hich then no longer m atches the frequency in the receiver. Ask for the current frequency of the channel. The firm w are of the control unit is outdated If transponders on the satellite are changed, the antenna m ay no longer be able to find the satellite. U pdate the firm w are of the control unit to get the latest transponder inform ation. The m obile app does not connect to control unit M ake sure the Bluetooth® on your mobile device is switched on and that you are in the direct vicinity of the control unit (max. 10 metres). 8 [날짜] 4. Regulation Regulation This document is prepared to show compliance with the RF Exposure requirements as required in §1.1310 of the FCC rules and Regulations. The limit for Maximum Permissible Exposure (MPE), specified in FCC §1.1310, is listed in Table 1-1. According to FCC §1.1310: the criteria listed in the following table shall be used to evaluate the environmental impact of human exposure to radio-frequency (RF) radiation as specified in §1.1307(b). Table 1 – Limits for Maximum Permissible Exposure (MPE) Frequency Range (㎒) Electric Field Strength [V/m] Magnetic Field Strength [A/m] Power Density [㎽/㎠] Averaging Time [minute] (A) Limits for Occupational / Controlled Exposure 0.3 ~ 3.0 614 1.63 *100 6 3.0 ~ 30 1842/f 4.89/f *900/f 2 6 30 ~ 300 61.4 0.163 1.0 6 300 ~ 1 500 / / f/300 6 1 500 ~ 15 000 / / 5 6 (B) Limits for General Population / Uncontrolled Exposure 0.3 ~ 1.34 614 1.63 *100 30 1.34 ~ 30 824/f 2.19/f *180/f 2 30 30 ~ 300 27.5 0.073 0.2 30 300 ~ 1 500 / / f/1 500 30 1 500 ~ 15 000 / / 1.0 30 f=frequency in ㎒, *= plane-wave equivalent power density Per the guidance of KDB 680106, the E-field and H-field limits shown in the table above are extended down to 100 ㎑ in Appendix C): 1) For test separation distances > 50 ㎜ and < 200 ㎜, the power threshold at the corresponding test separation distance at 100 ㎒ in step b) is multiplied by [1 + log(100/f(㎒))] 2) For test separation distances ≤ 50 ㎜, the power threshold determined by the equation in c) 1) for 50 ㎜ and 100 ㎒ is multiplied by ½ 3) SAR measurement procedures are not established below 100 ㎒. When SAR test exclusion cannot be applied, a KDB inquiry is required to determine SAR evaluation requirements for any SAR test results below 100 ㎒ to be acceptable. http://www.kctl.co.kr This test report shall not be reproduced, except in full, without the written approval 2.
