When a fault appears in the machine, stop using the machine and contact the maintainer to check. 3. If the machine is not used for a long time, turn off the power and pull out the fixing plug. Disconnect the machine from the antenna during stormy seasons. 4, For safety reasons, please keep the machine away from flammable and explosive materials, candles, electric stoves, light bulbs, etc. 5, please take care to prevent the liquid and metal from entering the machine, once this happens, do not turn on the power and need professional inspection as soon as possible. Be sure to keep the machine away from water and wet areas, such as bathtub, kitchen, sink, wet basement or near a swimming pool. 6. Do not place this product on an unstable cart, shelf, tripod, stand, or table in case the machine tips over. Move carefully when the machine is placed on a cart. Quick stops, excessive force, or uneven surfaces can cause the cart and machine to tip over. 7, do not put debris into this product through a crack or hole. Incorrect installation may cause the product to fall down or be damaged, etc. 3 After-sales service and warranty period 1.Details of the host machine and accessories 1.1 Touch screen part: display screen, backlight components, path components, cross flow board components, motherboard components, etc. 1.2 The built-in operating system and some software defects are not covered by the warranty. 2.Installation Policy 2.1 For consumers of all-in-one touch machines, our company does not provide free on-site installation and debugging services. If these services are requested, a corresponding service fee is required. 2.2 For special installation services, such as special wall surfaces made of glass, marble, porcelain, cavity wall, ceiling lifting, lifting and other special installations, additional fees must be negotiated separately. 3.warranty period 3.1 The period of validity starts from the date of delivery signed by the consumers.
