Press and hold the button on the housing for 5–10 seconds, then release it. The LED stays off while the button is pressed and blinks green once after release to confirm logger activation has been started. LED indicator Purple Short Button Press Shelf mode (no measurement, no transmission) Green Short Button Press Logger is ON (measuring and transmitting) Blue Automatic Short blink during transmission Red Automatic Low battery / Error state Color When it lights Meaning The LED is normally off. It lights up on button press or automatically. 5-10 sec Users are solely responsible for safely and securely installing or mounting the logger. This includes following proper proce- dures, using appropriate tools and materials, and taking all necessary precautions to prevent system damage or unauthorized access. Illustrations in this manual are intended for general guidance only. Logger and pallet appearances may differ, and the illustrations provided may not depict real-world configurations with complete accuracy. Before installation, always ensure that the logger does not obstruct the anchor points specified by the pallet and net manufacturers to prevent damage to the hard- ware. Swallowing a button cell battery can cause severe internal burns within 2 hours and may lead to death. Keep the device away from children. If you suspect the battery has been swallowed or placed inside any part of the body, seek immediate medical attention. Caution: The user is cautioned that changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment. NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installa- tion. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures: - Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. - Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver. - Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected. - Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help. Ensure you’re in a 100 meter range of a Gateway. If you already are, then use another logger and try again in 5 minutes. If it still doesn’t work, contact support. While turning on the logger (step 3.1), the LED blinks purple. The LED blinks purple means the logger is still in shelf mode. Wait 10 seconds and repeat the procedure. While pairing the logger to the pallet (step 3.2), the app shows an error that a “logger is already paired with this pallet”, but no logger is attached to the pallet. In the app, select the “Remove” button and give the reason that the “logger is missing”. Then proceed with the pairing as normal (step 3.2). The logger is visibly damaged. Do not install the logger. Use an alternative logger instead and contact support by e-mail: [email protected] The logger does not blink green (or purple, see above) during the installation process. The logger number is not found in the system. Any other problem? 4 Troubleshooting Once the installation point is identified, install the logger by firmly press- ing it into the seat track with your hand. Do not use a hammer or any other tools, as they may damage the logger. 2.4 Install the logger in the pallet 3.2 Removing the logger from the pallet Use a screwdriver to remove the logger from the pallet. 2.2 Pair the pallet with the logger Log into the SkyTrack app or visit the Web App and follow the steps to link the logger and the pallet.
