Waterproof The camera does not include internal memory and requires a high-capacity memory card (supports up to 512GB). Before first use, format the card in the camera to ensure compatibility. Important: Inserting or removing a memory card while the camera is powered on will automatically shut down the device. This is an intentional safety feature. 2. Memory Card Requirements Action cameras may get warm during use—this is normal and will not affect perfor- mance. 3. Overheating The camera requires a standard 5V charger (1A-2A output). Do not use fast chargers as they may damage the device. 4. Charging instructions When using the camera without a waterproof shell, be careful to avoid scratching the lens, as this will affect image quality. If the lens is damaged or scratched during use, please contact our customer service to purchase a replacement. 7. Lens Protection Battery life varies based on usage conditions and settings. For first-time use, please fully charge the battery before powering on. 5. Battery Shooting results can vary based on environment, lighting, camera settings, and person- al technique. Mount C400 Pocket Please insert the microSD card into the slot as shown. If you want to remove the microSD card, gently push it into the camera to make it eject slightly. Micro SD Card Installation Detach C400 Pocket Power On: When C400 Pocket is off, single-click the power button to turn it on. When the Camera is on, single-click the power button to start/stop recording or taking photos. When the Camera is on, single-click the C400 Pocket’s power button or the recording button on the battery grip to start/stop recording or taking photos. Power On: When C400 is off, rotate the battery handle's display clockwise, or press and hold the battery handle's power button for 3 seconds to turn it on. Power Off: When C400 is on, rotate the battery handle's display counter-clockwise, or press and hold the battery handle 's power button for 3 seconds to turn it off. Power Off: When C400 Pocket is on, long press the power button for 3 seconds to turn it off. C400 Pocket Product Operation Use the USB-A to USB-C cable in the packaging along with your own standard charger (5V,1A-5V,2A) to charge the camera. Charging Tap the inactive display to wake it, and then swipe up on the screen to unlock and complete the screen switch. Note: To avoid screen switching issues, ensure the camera and handle have sufficient battery power. If your C400 Pocket freezes, you can reset it by pressing the reset button with a card pin via the camera reset hole. (Resetting won't affect the camera's performance.) If your C400 Pocket is connected to the charging grip, you can reset it by pressing both the grip's power button and the record button simultaneously. Camera Home Screen Recording: Displays whether it is currently in the recording status. 1 Storage capacity information: Displays the remaining number of photos that can be stored on the MicroSD card or the available shooting duration. 2 The battery power of the camera.
