FCC warning statements: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures: ЬReorient or relocate the receiving antenna. ЬIncrease the separation between the equipment and receiver. ЬConnect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected. ЬConsult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help. Caution: Any changes or modifications to this device not explicitlyapproved by manufacturer could void your authority to operate this equipment. This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. The device has been evaluated to meet general RF exposure requirementThis equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. This equipment should be installed and operated with minimum distancecm between the radiator & your body.

RF Exposure Info

RF Exposure evaluation According to 447498 D04 Interim General RF Exposure Guidance v01 1-mW Test Exemption A single RF source is exempt RF device (from the requirement to show data demonstrating compliance to RF exposure limits, as previously mentioned) if the available maximum time-averaged power is no more than 1 mW, regardless of separation distance. This exemption applies to all operating configurations and exposure conditions, for the frequency range 100 kHz to 100 GHz, regardless of fixed, mobile, or portable device exposure conditions. This is a standalone exemption, and it cannot be applied in conjunction with any other test exemption. 1-mW Test Exemption for Multiple Sources The 1-mW exemption intended for single transmitters may be also applied to simultaneous transmission conditions, within the same host device, according one of the following criteria: a) When maximum available power each individual transmitting antenna within the same time averaging period is ≤ 1 mW, and the nearest parts of the antenna structures of the simultaneously operating transmitters are separated by at least 2 cm. b) When the aggregate maximum available power of all transmitting antennas is ≤ 1 mW in the same time-averaging period. This exemption may not be combined with any other exemption. SAR-Based Exemption This exemption is applicable to the frequency range between 300 MHz and 6 GHz, with test separation distances between 0.5 cm and 40 cm, and for all RF sources in fixed, mobile, and portable device exposure conditions. Accordingly, a RF source is considered an RF exempt device if its available maximum time-averaged (matched conducted) power or its effective radiated power (ERP), whichever is greater, are below a specified threshold. This exemption threshold was derived based on general population 1-g SAR requirements. This method shall only be used at separation distances from 0.5 cm to 40 cm and at frequencies from 0.3 GHz to 6 GHz (inclusive). Pth is given by follow Formulas , , “f” is in GHz, “d” is the separation distance (cm) Simultaneous Transmission with SAR-based Exemptions For these cases, a device with multiple RF sources transmitting simultaneously will be considered an RF exempt device if the condition of following Formula is satisfied. (SAR-Based Exemption) EDR: P th =ERP 20cm *(d/20) -log(60/(ERP20cm*√f) =3060*(20/20) -log(60/(3060*√2.441) =3060mW LE: P th =ERP 20cm *(d/20) -log(60/(ERP20cm*√f) =3060*(20/20) -log(60/(3060*√2.402) =3060mW 2.4G WiFi: P th =ERP 20cm *(d/20) -log(60/(ERP20cm*√f) =3060*(20/20) -log(60/(3060*√2.437) =3060mW 5G WiFi: P th =ERP 20cm *(d/20) -log(60/(ERP20cm*√f) =3060*(20/20) -log(60/(3060*√5.775) =3060mW As this equipment: EIRP = Pm + Gi (if Gi<0, to treat Gi value as 0) Pt=10 (EIRP/10) Where: Pm = measured transmitter output power in dBm, Pt = transmitter output power in milliwatts, Gi = numeric gain of the transmitting antenna (unit-dBi), EDR: Ant gain Gi= 3.55dBi Pm= 8.101dBm So Pt=10 (11.651/10) mW =14.625mW< P th (3060mW) LE: Ant gain Gi= 3.55dBi Pm= 4.157dBm So Pt=10 (7.707/10) mW =5.898mW< P th (3060mW) 2.4G WiFi: Ant gain Gi=3.55dBi Pm=18.279dBm So Pt=10 (21.829/10) mW =152.37mW< P th (3060mW) 5G WiFi: Ant gain Gi=4.44dBi Pm=15.551dBm So Pt=10 (19.991/10) mW =99.793mW< P th (3060mW) MPE = PG / 4πR 2 P = Power input to antenna G = Antenna Gain R = distance to the center of radiation of antenna (in meter) = 0.2m MPE (BT max) = PG/4πR 2= 0.0029 MPE (WIFI max) = PG/4πR 2= 0.0303 Maximum Simultaneous transmission MPE Ratios for BT+WIFI: Max MPE Ratio BT /Limit Max MPE ratio WIFI /Limit ∑MPE ratios Limit Result 0.0029 0.0303 0.0332 1 PASS Then the SAR test is exempted.
