Users Manual

The Company reserves the right to change the definition and upgrade the device without prior notice. INSTALLATION 1. Attach the timer to an outdoor hose faucet and the water outlet to the water pipe firmly . 2. An O-ring / adapter / quick connectors / PTFE tape can be used as a protection against water leakage. 3. Turn on the faucet and keep it on. When the timer is used, the water inlet must be equipped with a filter to prevent impurities from blocking the valve, which may resulting in valve switch failure or water leakage. Please clean or replace the filter regularly. The timer itself does not generate pressure and needs tap water pressure or water source with pressure to work well. The working temperature of the timer is 3 °C- 45°C. When it reaches the freezing temperature or the timer is not in use for a long time, please take it off, pick out the batteries, empty the water in the valve tubes, and store it in an indoor dry place. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. TROUBLESHOOTING The smart phone Bluetooth is enabled but the APP fails to connect to the Bluetooth Water Timer. The distance between the smart phone and the timer maybe exceed the Bluetooth’s effective range, please adjust the distance. Long press the reset button for 3 seconds but the indicators do not blink. Reinstall / replace the batteries and retry. The hose tap connection / water outlet of the device is leaking. The thread is not properly screwed. Please try again. The thread does not match. Please use an adapter / quick connector / PTFE tape if needed. Little water flows out when watering. There might dirt particles blocked in the valve tube. Please clean the filter in time. It is likely the local municipal water pressure is low. No water comes out of the timer within the set time. The faucet is off. Please turn it on. The batteries are exhausted. Please replace with new ones. When “ ” displays on the page, that means the power is about to be exhausted and the timer cannot work properly. Weather Delay / Smart Weather is on. Please turn it off. TIPS: AFTER-SALES SERVICE In case of device performance failures, 1- year-warranty after sale is included (excluding accessories). Damages caused by unauthorized maintenance, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, accident, modification, incorrect use of the device or its parts and force majeure are not covered by the warranty. After finishing the connection, the timer paired will be displayed on the page. 2. Click “2-Outlet Bluetooth Water Timer” and get into the main page of the device. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS IN APP Set Up Battery Indcator Irrigation Area Temperature Weather Delay Next Watering Notification Open / Close Manual Watering Record Spray Schedule 1. Cick “Spray” and enter the content setting page. 2. Set start time, end time, spray duration, interval duration and loop / single time, then click “Save” below and on-off button on the upper right corner into green. This figue shows Spray mode will water 5 min, duration time is 20 min, start from 08:00 and stop at 10:00, single time. This figue shows: Spray mode will water 10 min, duration time is 30 min, start from 18:30 and stop at 21:00, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please upgrade the version according to the APP prompts and regularly clean up the cache to ensure that the device can work well. DOWNLOAD THE APP Search in APP Store / Google Play or scan the QR code of Smart Life. CONNECT THE BLUETOOTH WATER TIMER 1. Take the water timer near your smart phone, turn on the phone Bluetooth and enter the homepage of the APP. 2. Place the batteries into the timer and the light indicators blink quickly to start connection. If it does not get paired in 1 min, the light indicators will turn of f. Please hold either of the two buttons for 3 sec to reset. 3. Add the timer as promoted by the APP or scan the QR code to add in the APP . Register an account in the APP. 1. Click “Schedule” and enter the “Add” page. 2. Click “Add” to enter the content setting page. 3. Set start time, runtime and loop / single time, then click “Save”. 4. Back to the listing, the on-off button on the right side of the plan will be green, indicating it has been set successfully . 5. Up to 5 plans can be added by setting like above steps for each Area. BLUETOOTH WATER TIMER The connection delay will be about 0.5 to 3 seconds, please do not repeatedly click the button. 1. Click “Manual Watering” to set the runtime and save it. 2. Click “ ” button to start the Manual Watering. When the set runtime is over, the timer will stop watering itself. 3. If you want to cancel Manual watering in midway, please Click “ ” button again. Remote control and more functions can be achieved if used together with the Company's Bluetooth Gateway. 1. Click “Weather Delay” and choose the period you want. Schedule plans and Spray plans will not be performed within the set time. 2. Once Weather Delay is successfully set, it will work on both Area A and Area B. 3.
