Esc Backspace Status Display LED ● Connect : Please turn on the power at the bottom of the keypad, red lights up 3s, press the Bluetooth connection button 3s, red light will twinkle and into the match mode quickly. ● Low Voltage Indicator : When the voltage is below 3.3V, red light twinkles. ● Charging Indicator: Red light is always on. ● Full Charge Indicator: Red light off. ● NUMLOCK Indicator: Blue light on. Keyboard Maintenance 1.Please keep the keypad away from liquid or humid environment, swimming pool, steam room and don't let the keyboard get wet in the rain. 2. Please don't expose the keypad at too high or too low temperature condition. 3. Please don't put keypad under sun for a long time. 4. Please don't put keypad close to the flame,such as cooking stoves candles or fireplace. 5. Avoid sharp objects scratching products,timely to recharge products to ensure the normal use. 6. Do not open or repair this device,Do not use the device in a damp environment. Clean the device with a dry cloth. A1: No, it’s a Bluetooth keypad. Q2: Can the wireless keypad work directly via the type-c cable? A2: No. It only works via Bluetooth. The included Type-c cable is only for charging. Q3: Does it require a battery? A3: No batteries required. It has a built-in rechargeable battery. Q4: Is there any indicator when the keypad is fully charged? A4: Yes. The light is red when charging, the red light goes off when the keypad is fully charged. And the charging cable is only for charging. Q5: Battery Issue, the keypad won't keep charging, what should I do? A5: 1). Please don't use the computer to charge the keypad, because the computer is low power and unstable, It is recommended to use the wall socket to charge the keypad. 2). Please try charging the keypad with your other Type-c charging cable. 3). Normally it needs 1.5-2 hours for a full charge and it can last for 120 hours after being fully charged. Q6: Does this keypad work with a ChromeBook? A6: No. Q7: Are the keys programmable? A7: No, They are not programmable. Q9: The tablet/PC can't connect this BT keypad? A9: 1). At first check the BT keypad is into match code state, then open the table PC Bluetooth searching. 2). Checking the BT keypad Battery is enough, because the low battery is also lead to can't connect, please recharge the battery. 3). Delete all the original Bluetooth connection records of your tablet/PC, and then re-open the Bluetooth of your tablet/PC to search. pair the keypad, and then turn it on again. ) 1) Switch ON/OFF button again to power the keypad. 2) Press the Pairing Button for 3 seconds ( the red indicator will be flashing ) 3) Go to system preferences>Select device>Add the device.
