MEGA1 USER MANUAL I. UPON RECEIPT Once you have received the unit, please remove it from the packaging and verify that the following components are also contained within the box: • Radar unit • Base • Rubber grommet II. ORIENTATION AND INSTALLATION Before the device can be plugged in, please follow the orientation and installation guide to place the device at the desired location and angles for usage. Once the unit is appropriately mounted, supply power via a CAT5/CAT6 cable with a PoE supply; the supply can be an injector, router, or switch. III. CONFIGURATION After the unit is connected, you can further configure and setup the parameters by logging in with your supplied credentials to www.omnisightusa.com FCC: 2A6OYMEGA1 IC: 28582-MEGA1 This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation) The license-exempt transmitter / receiver contained in this device complies with the Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada NRCs applicable to devices radio exempt from license. Operation is permitted under the following two conditions: (1) The device may not cause interference; (2) The device must accept any interference radio interference, even if the interference may compromise its operation. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential environment. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy, and if not installed and used in accordance with the instruction manual, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. 1 PRODUCT NDA AGREEMENT THIS PRODUCT NDA AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made by and between OMNISIGHT, INC., a Delaware limited liability company (“Provider”), and __________________________________________, the individual or entity desiring to install the hardware and software provided by the Provider (“Receiver”). Receiver is agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement for the hardware and software (“Product”). REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS. a) Receiver will not disclose to anyone else (especially any other third-party providers, or independent researchers) any of the Intellectual Property that is part of or associated with in any fashion, the Product. The Intellectual Property includes, without limitation, the display screens, structure, organization and code of the Product, internal photos, all inventorship and authorship rights, patents, patent applications and know-how, copyrights, trademarks and service mark rights inherent in such structure, organization and code and all related data and databases and interfaces. The Intellectual Property of the Product constitutes the valuable trade secrets, confidential business process and confidential information of Provider. That Intellectual Property is or may be protected by law, including but not limited to, the copyright laws of the United States. b) Receiver will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Product.
