For use in America and this chip will not support/enable BDR (GFSK), EDR (π/4-DQPSK, 8DPSK) and BLE 2M. The BDR (GFSK), EDR (π/4-DQPSK, 8DPSK) and BLE 2M function has been shielded by the manufacturer using the software. The RF Chip, model: RTL8720CF installed in our product Govee Smart Air Quality Monitor, Model: H5106, FCC ID: 2A7VD-H5106, supports 2.4G Wi-Fi(802.11b/g/n20/n40 mode) and BT/BLE, but for marketing purpose, this chip only supports 2.4G Wi-Fi(802.11b/g/n20 mode). The 2.4G Wi-Fi(802.11n40 mode) and BT/BLE were disabled to use by manufacture in the software, the end user has no capability to activate it.
