Long press the control box for more than 5 seconds to reset the whole light. Unpair the light first and then pair it again. Connect your smartphone to Wi-Fi and check whether the network is working. Make sure you have entered the correct Wi-Fi name and password. If the light is too far from the Wi-Fi router, bring the control box close, and then reconnect it to the network.
