® ™ for Soft Serve Ice Cream Machines ® ® ™ Complete for service reference information regarding your Hydra Rinse ® product: : Note: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class A digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference when the equipment is operated in a commercial environment. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instruction manual, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. Operation of this equipment in a residential area is likely to cause harmful interference in which case the user will be required to correct the interference at his own expense. Changes or modifications that are not expressly approved by the manufacturer could void user’s authority to operate the equipment. Operation “Wash Cycle” Step: 1.Press the one touch button 2.Observe that the green LED came on, and Yellow LED began to blink 3.Wash Cycle has started Wash cycle should be ~7 minutes long At the end of the wash cycle unit will beep 5 times and leave the green LED blinking. To place unit into sleep mode after wash cycle is done: Step: 1.press the Play/Pause button 1.Green LED should turn off 7/15/2022-Simplified Operating Instructions-1 Operation “Reboot” Step: 1.Press the “green leaf” Reset, Cups, Program button You should observe the green LED coming on, yellow LED blink 3 times, then eventually beep and go into sleep mode A reboot takes about 8 seconds 7/15/2022-Simplified Operating Instructions-2 RFID Token Tag Operation “Reboot” with RFID Communication Step: 1.Place RFID tag in the center of the HR logo on top cover. 2.Press the “green leaf” Reset, Cups, Program button. 7/15/2022-Simplified Connection Diagram-1 Simplified Connection Diagram Battery installation: Link: https://intercom.help/hydra-rinse/en/articles/586684-battery- replacement#:~:text=Pull%20the%20top%20cover%20off,Cell%20%22C%22%20type%20 batteries. 1.Remove the cups 2.Remove the 4 screws 3.Pull the top cover off 4.Remove batter case lid 5.Install the 3 C-cell batteries paying attention or the orientation 6.Install the battery case lid 7.Install top cover 8.Install the 4 screws to secure top cover 9.Install the cup housings The unit will boot up as soon as all 3 batteries are connected and will enter sleep mode after beeping 2 times. For FCC testing there are not other connections needed, as the unit will run normally without water connected to it, and now cleaner/sanitizer is required for it to run through a “dry” wash cycle.
