Proper Use and Safety tips Preventive Maintenance • Please always keep the tablet dry. Please keep tablet, battery and charger away from water and liquids at all times. • Please do not use tablet in a damp or wet environment and avoid using it and handling the charger if your hands are wet. • Please only use the original charger to charge the tablet. • To prevent damage to the device, battery and charger please avoid violent shock or shakes. • To prevent damage to the device do not use under extreme hot or cold temperatures. • Never throw, prod, drop or bend the tablet as they may result in malfunction and a cracked screen. • Never disassemble the device or accessories. Safety Instructions Please read this chapter before using your tablet. • Never use the tablet while driving a car, bike or operating machinery. • In a medical area, please abide by related rules and regulations. • To prevent the wireless signal from interrupting a plane-controlled signal, please shut down the tablet or use airplane mode when boarding a flight. • To prevent electronic equipment failure, please shut the tablet down when near high-accuracy electronic equipment. • Please keep the tablet away from magnetic equipment. The radiation of the tablet may erase data stored in magnetic equipment. • Never use the device near high temperature inflammable gas (gas station). • Please keep the tablet and accessories out of kid's reach, and only allow use under adult supervision. Troubleshooting 1. The first startup time of tablet after updates may be slower After system updates, the device startup time may be longer as the device finishes updating all pre-installed applications. Start times should be much quicker after that. 2. Tablet can't connect to Wi-Fi • Make sure your internet service is working normally. You can use a different device to test. • Make sure you're not too far from the wireless router without too many walls or barriers in between. • Make sure the user name and password are both correct. 3. Tablet feels hot Tablet may feel hot when a lot of applications are running simultaneously or the screen is set to brightest. Tablet may also feel hot when charging. This is normal. 4. Unable to set up your email or register your tablet • Check your internet connection to make sure you're connected. • Double check your email settings to make sure they are correct. • Make sure the system date and time are correct. 5. System appears to be malfunctioning or not working Some third party applications may cause abnormal behavior. Please try resetting the tablet by pressing the Reset button next to the charging port to reset the system. 6. Can't open any websites • Make sure your internet is working. • Make sure you're within range of your wireless router. • Please restart your WiFi and try again. 7. Tablet is slow Please check if you have a lot of applications running in the background and close those not in use. FCC STATEMENT: This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. Warning: Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment. NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures: Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver. Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected. Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TVtechnician for help. FCC Radiation Exposure Statement: The device has been evaluated to meet general RF exposure requiremen…

Simultaneous Transmission Procedures This device contains transmitters that may operate simultaneously. Therefore simultaneous transmission analysis is required. Per FCC KDB 447498 D01v05r02, simultaneous transmission SAR test exclusion may be applied when the sum of the 1-g SAR for all the simultaneous transmitting antennas in a specific a physical test configuration is ≤ 1.6 W/kg. When standalone SAR is not required to be measured, per FCC KDB 447498 D01v05r02 4.3.2.2), the following equation must be used to estimate the standalone 1g SAR and 10g extremity SAR for simultaneous transmission assessment involving that transmitter.
