Otherwise, try connecting with another Bluetooth-enabled smartphone if available. When connecting for the first time, ensure the smartphone is near the device. If the connection still fails, press and hold the power button on the device. Continue holding while the ambient lights on both sides flash 3 times and then illuminate for 2-3 seconds before powering down. This will reset the Bluetooth pairing setting. Next, press the “Rescan” link on the Woohlab app to try reconnecting to the projector. Ensure that the projector is powered on. Check that your Wi-Fi router is 2.4GHz. (5GHz is not supported.) Double-check that you entered the correct Wi-Fi password during the Wi-Fi set-up process. Place the projector in close proximity to the Wi-Fi router, then try reconnecting.
