Step 1 Press the dock downwards and let the machine take care of the rest. Step 3 Pour the beans into the grinder and place the empty pod in the dock. Step 2 Display INDICATORS DISPLAY BARS About the xPod The xPod capsule The xPod is more than a capsule. It contains a built-in wood pulp filter as well as 15~16g of freshly roasted beans, ready for you to grind and brew with xBloom. Made of sugarcane pulp, the xPod Capsule is 100% biodegradable if you remove the RFID label. The filter design Our filter design was shaped to deliver a balanced cup of coee every time you use xBloom. Its flat bottom and holes allow for even distribution of water and coee grinds, an important element in our precision brewing process. The xPod recipe label (RFID) The recipe label, on the bottom of the xPod, is the key to the xBloom machine. The machine reads the coee bean type and recipe information stored in the label, and adjusts the grind size, water temperature, brew ratio, time and method based on the recipe. Each xPod contains a unique recipe set by the baristas and roasters behind the beans. xBloom reads the label and brews accordingly to extract the best flavor. When the fourth indicator light turns solid, brewing is completed. Troubleshooting We're sorry something isn't working as you expected, but a simple solution should get you back on track. Check out common quick fixes below. For more questions please refer to the FAQ section on our website: www.xbloom.com/pages/faqs As any good coee companion would, your app is on hand to help fix any issues that might arise with your machine. If something goes wrong, first check your app, which will provide more details. StatusProblemSolution The machine is not plugged in. The machine is in standby mode. No light on the display panel First display bar blinking Second light blinking Third light blinking No coee beans in the grinder. The grinder is stuck and waiting to auto-restart. Check the plug, voltage, and fuse. If there are no beans, the machine will return to standby mode, add beans and operate again. If stuck, the grinder will wait for 5 seconds and try grinding again. Water isn't flowing freely from the water reservoir. Waterway failure. Check the water inlet for foreign objects. Clean the pipeline. If the problem persists after restarting, contact customer service. Water reservoir not detected. Water level below minimum value. Check if the water reservoir is installed, if not, install it. Add water above the minimum value line. Contact xBloom customer support. The machine is not connected to the Internet. Status indicator blinking Check if the Wi-Fi or hotspot is working as expected. Re-connect the machine to the internet. Problem that needs technical support All the display bars blinking together Taking care of xBloom One-year limited product warranty Cleaning + Storing xBloom Use a clean damp cotton cloth to wipe o the dirt on the coee machine. We recommend removing the magnetic tunnel and cleaning the grinder residue once a week with the provided Cleaning brush, based on daily use. Clean and dry all parts before storing the machine in a safe place. To drain any remaining water, press the button for 10 seconds until water starts to flow from the pouring mouth, making sure to have a recipient on hand to catch the water. Release your finger from the button to stop water flowing. Descaling xBloom When you need to descale xBloom, the app will let you know. Just follow the step-by-step instructions, starting the descale cycle from within the app. We oer one-year limited warranty (upon delivery) on machines purchased directly from us only. Our limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in every xBloom product you purchase during the applicable warranty period, subject to certain exceptions.
