OBD Tool Instructions Motorsure EC FCC ID: 2A9X5-EC01 ※Please read the instructions carefully and keep it properly. 1. Product introduction Product size:54*50*20mm OBD Tool 2. Install Insert OBD Tool into the OBD interface slot of the vehicle. 3. Connect According to the system version of the mobile phone, scan the QR code suitable for the current mobile phone system for downloading. IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Do not disassemble the device ! Any changes or modifications could void the warranty and user’s authority to operate this equipment. All wireless data transferring devices produce interference that may affect other devices which are placed nearby. Do not use OBD if it distracts driver or causes inconvenience due to OBD II placement.Device must not interfere with driving or driver. Please consult representatives of your vehicle model regarding OBD II location on your vehicle in case you are not sure of proper connection,please consult qualified personnel. The device is susceptible to water and humidity. ATTENTION! The device uses SELV limited power source.The nominal voltage is 12V DC.The allowed range of voltage is 10V...30V DC. FCC REGULATIONS  This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules.Operation is subject to the following two condition:(1)This device may not cause harmful interference and (2) this device must accent any interference received including interference that may cause undesired operation.  Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the manufacturer could void the users authority operate the equipment.  The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter and must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20cm from all persons.  This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device. pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules.  This device complies with FCC RF radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment.  These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. EVALUATION METHOD According to 447498 D01 General RF Exposure Guidance v06 The 1-g and 10-g SAR test exclusion thresholds for 100 MHz to 6 GHz at test separation distances ≤ 50 mm are determined by: [(max. power of channel, including tune-up tolerance, mW)/(min. test separation distance, mm)] ·[√f(GHz)] ≤ 3.0 for 1-g SAR and ≤ 7.5 for 10-g extremity SAR. Where f(GHz) is the RF channel transmit frequency in GHz Power and distance are rounded to the nearest mW and mm before calculation 3. CALCULATION P t = -0.243dBm=0.95mW The value of the Maximum output power P t is referred to the test report of the CFR47 §15.247. The result for RF exposure evaluation SAR=(0.95mW /5mm) .[√2.402GHz)]=0.29<3.0 for 1-g SAR and ≤ 7.5 for 10-g extremity SAR. 4. CONCLUSION The SAR evaluation is not required.
