USER MANUAL Congratulations on your purchase of the Vibe-Tribe Fever-01 Bluetooth Speaker. This manual explains how to correctly install, operate and get the best performance from your Fever-01. Read this guide carefully before the usage, then keep it near it for quick reference. Other cables could damage Fever. • Do not attempt to repair, modify, or disassemble your Fever yourself,. • Do not insert anything into your Fever. This may damage the internal components. • Do not expose your Fever to liquid, moisture, humidity, or rain to avoid any risk of electric shock. • Do not attempt to replace your Fever battery, it is built-in and is not changeable. • This device contains magnets. Keep credit cards, memory cards etc away to avoid damage. Keep this owner’s guide together with your sales receipt for assistance and warranty. START WITH FEVER POWER ON: Long press to switch between ON and OFF. MODE SELECTION: Select the MODE by pressing the M Button or inserting a Micro-SD. POWER LED: near the micro USB • Red light Indicates that Fever is in charge mode through USB 5V. • Green light indicates that Fever is fully charged. BLUETOOTH LED: bottom left. • Blinking Blue: Bluetooth search mode • Steady Blue: Connected via Bluetooth • Light Off: LINE IN, Micro-SD card reader or FM Radio mode. See Mode LED MODE LED: bottom right. • Red Light: LINE IN mode • Green Light: Micro-SD reader mode • Light Off: FM Radio mode BATTERY RECHARGE Power Off Fever and connect it to a PC or to a 5V power supply using the microUSB-USB cable. During the battery recharge the POWER LED is on, it turns GREEN when fully charged. (2-3 hours). For best battery operation and prolonged battery lifespan disconnect after charging. Use the device on battery power until it needs to be charged again. OPERATION MODES Bluetooth MODE Press the “M” button until Fever switches to the Bluetooth mode (Bluetooth LED on). Search for Bluetooth devices and locate the list of discovered Bluetooth devices. From the Bluetooth device list, select the device named “Vibe-Tribe Fever” and connect to it. During the Bluetooth operational mode, all the functions can be controlled either through the Bluetooth Source or the Bottom Control Panel: • PAUSE/PLAY: short press “ ” Button • Volume Control: long press “+”/“-” • Track Control: short press “+” / “-” When connected to a Bluetooth phone Handsfree function is enabled: • Manage a Call: short press “ ” Button Line-In MODE Connect the 3,5” jack audio source to the microUSB port of Fever. Short Press the “M” button until Fever switches to Line-IN mode (Mode LED red). Red light on.During the Line IN operational mode, all the functions can be controlled both through the External Source and the Bottom Control Panel: • PAUSE/PLAY: short press “ ” Button • Volume Control: long press “+”/“-” • Track Control: short press “+” / “-” FM Radio MODE Press the “M” button until Fever switches to the FM Radio mode (Both Bluetooth LED and Mode LED off). • Synthonize and store: Long press “ ”. for auto-searching and store FM station; green light blinking,when finish searching, the green light goes off. • Volume Control: long press “+”/“-” • FM Radio Control: short press “+” / “-” Micro-SD card Reader MODE Fever can be used with TF cards (Micro-SD) with your favourite MP3, WAV and WMA music tracks. TF card maximum capacity supported is 32GB. Plug your Micro-SD card into the “Micro-SD card Slot”; Fever will automatically switch into Micro-SD card Reader Mode (Mode LED green) and will start reproducing the SD card content. During the Micro-SD card Reader, all the functions can be controlled through the Bottom Control Panel: • PAUSE/PLAY: short press “ ” Button • Volume Control: long press “+”/“-” • Track Control: short press “+” / “-” PROBLEM SHOOTING 1 UNABLE TO PAIR WITH BLUETOOTH ® DEVICE? Confirm that your phone/device is Bluetooth compatibleand make sure that the “Bluetooth Connection” operational mode is ON and that the Bluetooth Led is lighted. 2. NO SOUND? Make sure that the desired operational mode is coherent with the selection done on the Fever and with the selected device. Raise the volume both on Fever and on the phone/device. 3. NOT LOUD ENOUGH? Make sure Fever is charged up and urn up the volume on your device AND on your Fever. When connected via Bluetooth ®, it’s best to turn the volume on your Fever fully up and then use ONLY your device to control the whole range of volume. 4. PROBLEMS WITH Micro-SD CARD? - Make sure your Micro-SD card has a capacity < 32GB and files are MP3, WAV and/or WMA - Make sure that the “Micro-SD card Reader” operational mode has been selected. 5. PROBLEM WITH HANDS FREE? - Verify that you phone/device/audio source is compliant with the HFP profile. - In case of interferences, move your phone or Fever slowly to find the best reception position.
