M-1000P4 Key Functions’ Description: 1) Address 1-4: 7 digits POCSAG cape code 2) Polarity: Signal polarity selection (default value normal) 3) Baud Rate: Data speed (default 1200 bps) 4) Language: Message language type (default value English) 5) Group Call: Group messages call set-up (default in disable). 6) Date Mode: Pager calendar type display (default in MM/DD/YY). 7) Inc Mode: Address digit with auto-increment by 1 set-up. 8) Self Number: Personal storage in 10-99 messages set-up. 9) Lock Number: Personal message in 8-98 protection messages set-up. 10) Title 01-12: Receiving message title set-up. 11) Logo Word: Power on LCD display messages. 12) Write: Programming the set data into the pager. 13) Read: Reading the data out form the pager. 14) Save: Save the current set data into this software. 15) Exit: Exit this programming screen. 4. M-1000P4 Set-Up Guide: 1) Address1~4: Press numeric key to input 7digits address. If the address is not in use, you can press “0” digit to select “close”. Address 1 is a personal use address, Address2, 3, and 4 are public address. And the address range must be set from the 8~2097151. If the group call is set either in the Group/Enable or Group/Self, the address 4 will be the same alert tone as the address 1. 2) Polarity: Click to select “Normal” or “Invert” signal polarity. 3) Baud Rate: Click to select 512 or 1200 or 2400 bps speed. 4) Language: Click to select the desired language type. 6) Group Call: Click to select the Disable, Enable/Group and Enable/Self set-up. The Enable/Group is for the group calls with the messages kept in the public mailbox. And the Group/Self is for the group calls with messages stored in the personal mailbox. 6) Date Mode: Click to select the desired calendar display type. 7) Inc Mode: Click to select the Disable or Enable feature mode. If this is set in the Enable, the Address digit will be automatically incremented by 1 no. 8) Self Number: Click to select the Personal storage in 10-99 messages. 9) Lock Number: Click to select the Personal message in 8-98 protection messages feature. 10) Title 01-12: Press any 4 digits for the receiving message title. 12) Logo Word: Press any 14 digits (maximum) for the initial Power on LCD display usage. 13) Write: Click to start the programming process. 14) Read: Click to Read the data out form the pager. 15) Save: Click to save the current set data into this software. 16) Exit: Click to exit this programming screen.
