Operational Description

Operating instructions of the lamp 1 Please check the customers’ using field, including the main voltage fluctuation, the max/min temperature, the dust level and the vibration situation. 2Please check the appearance of the LVD fixture, whether there is any serious drop or impact damage; the lamp tube cavity is seriously dust embedded; the power line of the lamp is scratched. And at last, the power line of the lamp should be grounding. 3Please inspect the lamp tube, whether there is tube significant break, rupture, or tube tip break, white wire winding short circuit and blackened, ferrite ring break. 4Please open the fixture shell, loosen the buckle, and check the details of the line connection between the power line and ballast input, the ballast output and lamp tube wire, whether there is scratch or bare metal end, which will cause the short circuit of the lamp system.For further check, you can unscrew the lamp tube white wire at the connection terminal firstly. 5If you confront the problems of Clause 1 or 2, please fill the customer service request timely, and emphasize the problems. 6If you confront the problem of Clause 3, please remove the lamp tube mounting screws, cut the ribbon, spare the lamp tube. And take the new lamp tube, the new lamp tube assembly procedures is just the opposite. 7If you don’t confront the Clause 1,2,and 3, please check the electrical box, whether there is serious dust, water dips, corrosive materials retention. And unloose the fasten ballast screws, unloose the ballast output and input wire lines, spare the ballast.And take the spare product(lamp tube or ballast) the “cross‐matching experiment”, using the good product to test the spare product, making a whole system and switch on, if the power wattage, power factor and current are the normal ones, the spare product is good; otherwise, we can make sure that the spare product is not good.And the new ballast assembly procedures is just the opposite. 8If you finish the above procedures, please assemble the fixture, the whole procedures is just the opposite with the disassembly. And please make sure that the wires connections are tight and the IP level is just perfect with the new one. 9Any spare products, please mark them with the initial using date, the period of using time, make sure the storage. 10. the above contents, please send pictures to our sales, we will give you quick and satisfactory feedback. 11. In the ballast of the lamp, AC line voltage is commutated by four rectifying diodes to DC voltage. Electrolytic capacitance keeps DC voltage smooth. And the DC voltage is changed to a AC voltage again which is high frequency 225kHz by push‐pull circuitry. Then a transformer makes a high AC voltage for lighting lamp. Rated power of the lamp is 80W and rated current of it is 0.82~0.32 A. The rated power and current of ballast are the same as the lamp.
