Limited Modular Approval. Power Output listed is Conducted. It will be required to re-test in future hosts and a Class I or Class II change would be applied depending on the results, all user installation is expressly prohibited. Approval is limited to the installation as provided in the OEM instruction and filling which has the instruction to make sure that 3V DC must be provided to the module to guarantee regulated stable power supply according to requirement of 15.212(a)(1)(iii). Only the antenna tested with the device or similar antennas with equal or lesser gain may be used with this transmitter. End-users and installers must be provided with antenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. The Grantee is responsible for providing the documentation required for modular use. The responsibility for the use of this module, in all configurations utilized or contemplated, remains with the Grantee.
