No.8,Jiaqi Road,Xianlin Street,Yuhang District, Hangzhou According to Appendix A of KDB 447498 D01 General RF Exposure Guidance v05r01, for EUT working in the 2.4GHz ISM band with EIRP ≀ 10mW (with test separation distance ≀ 5mm), it is deemed to fulfill the SAR requirements without test. As we can see from the test report 140201309SHA-001: The maximum EIRP = 7.30dBm = 5.40mW It is found the EIRP of EUT is lower than the test exclusion limit.
