FCC ID: 2AC9DHD2015A49 Model: HD2015A (Transmitter portion) Technical Description of Transmitter The transmitter operates at 49.86 MHz, and controls the corresponding receiver to move forward, backward, left and right. The circuit of the transmitter comprises of, 1. An Encoding circuit Consisting: L, R, B, F and IC1 (RSTX-2) 2. A RF Oscillator (49.86MHz) Consisting: X1, Q1 3. A Filter Network Consisting: L2, C5, C4 4. A RF Modulator and Amplifier Consisting: Q2 5. A Power Supply Consisting: 3VDC (2 X 1.5V "AA" size batteries) Antenna Gain: 0dBi Nominal rated field strength: 75dBμV/m at 3m Maximum allowed field strength of production tolerance: +/- 3dB The transmitter uses an external, integral antenna

Analysis Report Report No.: 14090770HKG-001 The Equipment Under Test (EUT) is a transmitter of a RC Boat operating at 49.860 MHz as dictated by a crystal. The EUT is powered by a 3.0 V DC source (2 x 1.5V AA size batteries). The EUT has a left / right control lever and a forward / backward control lever. After switching ON the EUT and the receiver of the RC Boat, activating the control buttons on the EUT can control the receiver moving forward, backward, left and right. Antenna Type: External integral antenna Antenna Gain: 0dBi Nominal rated field strength: 75.0dBμV/m at 3m Maximum allowed field strength of production tolerance: +/- 3dB According to the KDB 447498: Based on the Maximum allowed field strength of production tolerance was 78.0dBμV/m at 3m in frequency 49.860MHz, thus; The EIRP = [(FS*D) ^2*1000 / 30] = 0.0189mW Thus; Conducted power = Radiated Power (EIRP) – Antenna Gain So; Conducted Power = 0.0189mW. The SAR Exclusion Threshold Level for 49.860MHz when the minimum test separation distance is < 50mm: = [474 * (1 + log100/f(MHz))]/2 = 308.6mW Since the above conducted output power is well below the SAR Exclusion Threshold level, so the EUT is considered to comply with SAR requirement without testing.
