Open the case to complete the activation. ③ On your device, open Bluetooth ® settings and select TCL MOVEAUDIO Neo to pair. Triple tap left earbudActivate Siri ® or Google Assistant™ Press and hold right earbud for 5 seconds Turn on Low latency mode Press and hold the left and right earbuds at the same time for 3 seconds Activate ANC * Mute mic on/off is only available during phone calls. Charging the case The LED indicator turns orange when charging, and turns green when charging is complete. Check case battery Open or close the charging case to check the battery level for the case from the case LED indicator lights. If the case battery is 20% or greater the light will be green. If the case battery is lower than 20% the light will be orange. Charging your earbuds The case LED indicator light will turn green for 3 seconds when charging starts. Earbuds will fully charge in 1.5 hours. Charging your headphones and case Reset the headphones ① Place earbud in the charging case with the lid open. ② Press and hold left or right earbud for 8 seconds. The earbud LED indicator flash in blue when earbuds enter reset process. After reset process, the earbuds will enter pairing mode automatically and earbuds LED indicator flashes in blue in cycle. Note: All pairing information is deleted when the earbuds are reset to factory settings.
