Der Beacon ist mit einem Überspannungsschutz ausgestattet, dennoch empfiehlt es sich, davor immer zuerst Batterien aus dem Beacon zu entfernen. Commissioning (1) The beacon can be supplied with 5V continuous current via the micro-USB and therefore requires no batteries. The beacon is equipped with overvoltage protection. However, it is always advisable to remove the batteries from the beacon first. Mise en service (1) Le Beacon peut être alimenté en courant continu 5 V par le micro-USB et n'a donc pas besoin de piles. Le Beacon est équipé d'un parasurtenseur, mais il est tout de même conseillé de toujours d'abord enlever les piles du Beacon. Alternative Inbetriebnahme (2) Der Beacon kann alternativ auch über 2 AAA Batterien betrieben werden. Bitte auf die richtige Verpolung achten. Diese ist auf der Leiterplatte kenntlich gemacht.
