Important Health Warning About Playing Video Games A very small percentage of people may experience a seizure when exposed to certain visual images, including flashing lights or patterns that may appear in video games. Even people who have no history of seizures or epilepsy may have an undiagnosed condition that can cause these “photosensitive epileptic seizures” while watching video games. These seizures may have a variety of symptoms, including lightheadedness, altered vision, eye or face twitching, jerking or shaking of arms or legs, disorientation, confusion, or momentary loss of awareness. Seizures may also cause loss of consciousness or convulsions that can lead to injury from falling down or striking nearby objects. Immediately stop playing and consult a doctor if you experience any of these symptoms. Parents should watch for or ask their children about the above symptoms – children and teenagers are more likely than adults to experience these seizures. The risk of photosensitive epileptic seizures may be reduce by taking the following precautions: sit farther from the screen; use a smaller screen; play in a well-lit room; and do not play when you are drowsy or fatigued. If you or any of your relatives have a history of seizures or epilepsy, consult a doctor before playing. 4 PACKAGE CONTENTS 1-RetroN 5 Wireless Controller 1- RetroN 5 Console AC Adapter with 4 variable head sockets Australia Europe Japan UK RetroN 5 Controller Charge Cable 1- HDMI Cable 5 RETRON 5 FRONT / BACK Power Button SNES Controller Port SD Card Slot HDMI Out USB AC Out GBA/GBC/GB Cartridge Slot Famicom Cartridge Slot NES Cartridge Slot SNES/SFC Cartridge Slot Genesis / Mega Drive Slot / Master System NES Controller Port Genesis Controller Port 6 7 RETRON 5 SETUP 1. RF Exposure Info

FCC ID: 2ACTP-HY5418-002 According to 447498 D01 General RF Exposure Guidance v05 The 1-g and 10-g SAR test exclusion thresholds for 100 MHz to 6 GHz at test separation distances ≤ 50 mm are determined by: [(max. power of channel, including tune-up tolerance, mW)/(min. test separation distance, mm)] ·[√f(GHz)] ≤ 3.0 for 1-g SAR and ≤ 7.5 for 10-g extremity SAR, where --f(GHz) is the RF channel transmit frequency in GHz --Power and distance are rounded to the nearest mW and mm before calculation --The result is rounded to one decimal place for comparison eirp = pt x gt = (EXd) 2 /30 where: pt = transmitter output power in watts, gt = numeric gain of the transmitting antenna (unitless), E = electric field strength in V/m, --- 10 ((dBuV/m)/20) /10 6 d = measurement distance in meters (m) ---3m So pt = (EXd) 2 /30 x gt Field strength = 95.60dBuV/m @3m Ant gain =0dBi, so Ant numeric gain= 1 So pt={ [10 (95.60) /10 6 x 3] 2 /30x1 }x1000 mW = 1.089mW So (1.089 mW /5mm)x √2.48 = 0.343<3 Then SAR evaluation is not required
