Technical Description The Equipment Under Test (EUT) is a Recording Toy Bear, equipped with Bluetooth 4.0. The EUT operates in the frequency range 2402MHz to 2480MHz ( 39 channels with 2 MHz spacing). The EUT is powered by 4.5VDC (3 x 1.5V AA Batteries). When the recording is sending the LED (red colour) on the panel of the unit will be flashed. It can be controlled by iPhone via Bluetooth communication. The SAR Exclusion Threshold Level: = 3.0 * (min. test separation distance, mm) / sqrt(freq. in GHz) = 3.0 * 5 / sqrt (2.480) mW = 9.53 mW Since the above conducted output power is well below the SAR Exclusion threshold level, so the EUT is considered to comply with SAR requirement without testing.
