Applicant claims professional installation with the following justification: 1) Justify what is special or unique about this system which would require system to be professionally installed. The Fidelio system is made to be connected to specific Digital Cinema Servers used in Theaters. 2) Explain marketing avenues; devices cannot be accessible or marketed to the general public The Fidelio system is marketed and sold only through us or through dealers of Digital Cinema equipment. It is not for sale through any consumer distribution chain. 3) Installation must be controlled; detailed instructions must be provided. The Fidelio system, made to be used with specific Digital Cinema Server, is required to be installed by professional following our instruction. The detailed instructions are presented in the attached User Manual. User manual includes the following statement: “Only a qualified professional can install the Fidelio system. Only use the antenna provided by Doremi Labs”
