Thank you for purchasing the Dual True Wireless Earbuds. This manual provides more information about the wireless earbuds, please read the instructions before using. INSTRUCTION MANUAL WITH PORTABLE CHARGING CASE DUAL TRUE WIRELESS EARBUDS Pair the wireless earbuds with your mobile device 1. Keep the distance between the earbuds and mobile device within 32.8 feet. 2. De-activate the Bluetooth function on your mobile device. 3. Power on both earbuds simultaneously by pressing the On/Off buttons for 3 seconds and wait for 3 to 5 seconds for auto pairing. The Left earbud has indicator blinking alternatively in Red and Blue. The Right earbud will blinking in Blue slowly when auto pairing is successfully on L/R earbuds.. 4. Activate the Bluetooth function on your mobile device and select “DUAL TWS” from the list shown. 5. After pairing successfully, both earbuds will start blinking slowly in blue. *Attention: If the auto pairing is not successful, manual pairing between earbuds is essential by following below procedures: 1. Make sure the earbuds are charged. 2. De-activate the Bluetooth function on your mobile device. (if you had been paired the earbuds to some other mobile device(s) nearby, please sure to de-activate those device(s) too). 3. Power on both earbuds simultaneously by pressing the On/Off buttons for 3 seconds and wait for 3 to 5 seconds for auto pairing. (Keep the Bluetooth function off on your mobile device before this operation.) 4. Activate the Bluetooth function on your mobile device and select “DUAL TWS” from the list shown. 5. After pairing successfully, both earbuds will start blinking slowly in blue. Reconnect the wireless earbuds to your mobile device Disconnect the wireless earbuds from your mobile device Power off the wireless earbuds; or Switch off the Bluetooth on your mobile phone; or Leave the earbuds 60ft away from your mobile phone or further. Answer / Reject a call When receive a call, press the On/Off Button once ( on either earbud) to accept the call, or answer the call normally via your moblie phone. Press and hold 2 seconds to reject it. End a call To end the call, just press On/Off button at any side of earbud with Beep sound to end it. Functions Pause / Play Music: Short Press on On/OFF Button Go back to previous song: Press Left On/Off Button for 1 second. Advance to next song: Press Right On/Off Button for 1 second. Volume up: Double click Right On/Off button to increase Volume down: Double click Left On/Off to reduce Recharge Charging Case 1. Open the charging case cover. 2. Insert the Dual Earbuds into the charging case. 3. The earbuds will start the charge when you press the button on the front of the charging case. 4. LED indicator light of the charging case will be turned Blue when charging your earbuds. 5. Once fully charged, the LED will be off. Charging your Earbuds If the wireless earbuds cannot be paired with your device, please try the following: Ensure that your earbuds are in pairing mode or reconnection mode Ensure that Bluetooth search function of your mobile device is activated. If the wireless earbuds will not turn on: Make sure the earbuds are fully charged. Can I change the battery for the earbuds? The wireless earbuds use a built-in non-detachable battery which cannot be removed. If the wireless earbuds cannot be recharged: If you use a power outlet, ensure that the power supply is connected securely and the outlet works. If you use a computer, ensure that it is connected and the USB port is powered.
