1 V. 1.00 (00/08/2014) CRD-200WK Operation Guide General Introduction: CRD-200WK is a Standalone or PC on line Access Reader. Its maximum card capacity is 15,000 and maximum history record is 8,000. Each card could save one set of 4 digits personal ID. The special operation for CRD-200WK is user can uses Smart Phone Instead of card, so all the operation in this manual for Card is same as for Smart Phone. Following are the operation mode. 0 Correcting Date and Time 1 Adding new user (s) 2 Deleting user (s) 3 Adding a group of users 4 Deleting a group of users 5#0 Card + PIN mode 5#1 Card Only mode 5#2 Card Only or Key Press mode 5#3 Facility Code Only mode (Site Code only) 5#4 Inhibit Access mode 5#5 Opening mode 5#6 Set Door Open Time 5#7 Set Alarm Time 2 5#8 Set Door Delay Close Time 5#9 Enabling/Disabling Special Time Schedule Mod (On/Off) 5#* Enabling/Disabling Time Zone Setting (On/Off) 6#1 Modifying Time Zone 6#2 Modifying Special Time Schedule 7#0 Set Card Length for a Card 7#1 Set Alarm Loop is NC or NO 7#2 Check Card Data 7#3 Set Reader ID 7#4 Modifying Site Code 8# Modifying Password 9# Exit command mode *#1 Deleting all Access Card *#2 Deleting all History Data Description: 1. Card/Phone + PIN Door Open Mode: Present the card to the Reader and enter 4 digits personal ID to open the door. The maximum personal ID for a user is one. 2. Card/Phone Only Door Open Mode: The card number must be added. 3. Key Press Door Open Mode: User must enter card number with 4 digits personal ID to open the door. 3 4. Facility Code Only Door Open Mode: Under this door open mode, user no need to add card number on reader, when user present the card to reader, the door will be opened (Do not use this door open, unless you want to test the reader) 5. Card Only Or Key Press Mode: Present the to the Reader to open the door or enter 6 digits card number with 4 digits personal ID to open the door. 6. Opening Mode: Under this door open mode, the door will open lasting, unless change the door open mode. 7. Inhibit Access Mode: Under this mode, door will be closed even you present the card to reader 8. Command Mode: Each time when you want to set any operation mode, you have to get into this command mode first. 9. Enabling Alarm: Turn on the alarm. 10. Disabling Alarm: Turn off the alarm. 11. Alarm Output Time: There are 1-250 seconds for user to set alarm rings time. To set second is to disable the alarm function. 4 12. Door Open Time: There are 1-250 seconds for user to set door open time. To set 0 second, the door will open, and close right away. 13. Door Delay Close Time: There are 1-250 seconds for user to set door delay close time. To set 0 second, Reader will not detect if door had been closed or not and alarm will be disabled. 14. Modifying Password: Each time when you want to get into command mode, you have to enter 6 digits password. 15. Time Zone: There are 8 time zones, 3 schedules per zone for user to set door entry time. The maximum time zone for each card is one. 16. Special Time Schedule Mode: User can set the particular access time schedules and door open mode for the reader. Ex. The special time schedule for Front Door is 1 08:00 18:00 3 It means on Monday (1) from AM08:00 to PM18:00, this door can be accessed without any card (3) 5 Operation To press **123456, then get into command mode. The initial password is 123456, if you need to change the initial password, please enter 8# and follow item 18 steps. Note: Each time when you want to get into command mode, you are asked to enter **123456 or **XXXXXX (XXXXXX 6 digits is your own password). To exit the command mode, press 9# key. when password be entry, the green LED bright, and beeper rings two times. If operation is fail, the green LED no light and beeper gives a long ring. When under command mode, user can go on any operation, no need to enter password to get into command mode again. If any operation is fail, enter * key and re-operate. 1. Correcting date and time a. Press **123456 LCD indicates: Function Set: b. Press 0 LCD indicates: Function Set: 0 Modify Date-Time c. Press # (Show present time) LCD indicates: Date: 2011-05-10 Time: 4 11:30:02 d. Enter New Time and date LCD indicates: Date: 2011-05-21 Time: 4 14:20:05 6 The order of date and time is Year/Month/Date. Week/Hour/Minute/Second. When enter date and time, the cursor will move on automatically until finish. If any operation is fail, enter * key and re-operate. e. Press # LCD indicates: Function Set: 2. Adding New User (s): a. Press **123456 LCD indicates: Function Set: b. Press 1 LCD indicates: Function Set: 1 Add New Card c. Press # LCD indicates: Single/Series ? Select One (1/2)  To select 1 means you want to add one card only.  To select 2 means you want to add one more card, and their time zone and PIN code are the same, so you just need to enter time zone and PIN code when you add first card. d. Select 1 or 2 LCD indicates: Add New Card No: e. Present your card to Reader or enter your card ID 000047 (Suppose your card ID is 000047) LCD indicates: Add New Card No: 000047 f. Then LCD indicates: Time Zone (1-8) Input: 7 g. Enter 1 (Suppose your time zone is 1) LCD indicates: Time Zone (1-8) Input: 1 h. Then LCD indicates: Input PIN Code i. Press your PIN Code 1234 (S uppose your PIN Code is 1234) LCD indicates: Input PIN Code 1234 j. Press # -Exit or go on to add another cards LCD indicates: Add New Card 3. Deleting User (s) a. Press **123456 LCD indicates: Function Set: b. Press 2 LCD indicates: Function Set: 2 Delete Card c. Press# LCD indicates: Delete Card No: d. Present Card to Reader Or enter 000047 (Suppose your card ID is 000047) LCD indicates: Delete Card No: 000047 e. Then LCD indicates: Delete Card No f.
