There are important safety and operating information guidelines to insure proper performance of your device. Failure to do so could be hazardous to you and the surrounding networks you are using. This could result in damaging your device, and void your warranty and be in violation with the FCC and may make your booster inoperable. After reading the entire instruction manual and before actually installing your Consumer Mobile 50dB Wireless 4G/LTE Booster, we strongly recommend that you search out, measure and make certain each component of the overall system will work. This will avoid unnecessary problems with your installation (i.e. reinstalling a component, having to rewire a component etc.), and will result in a positive and efficient experience with this device. 5 DECIDING ON A PROPER LOCATION FOR YOUR WIRELESS BOOSTER Before selecting a suitable location for your new Sugarland Holdings Group Consumer Mobile 50dB Wireless 4G/LTE Booster inspect the three items needed for installation. There are three cable lengths you must be aware of, as the wireless Booster must be located within the cable lengths of the supplied items. April 5, 2015 Attestation for Sugarland Holding Booster FCC ID: 2ADWV-‐‑CMB-‐‑5B215 To Whom It May Concern: 1) Each Signal Booster manufactured under FCC ID 2ADWV-‐‑CMB-‐‑5B215 is ensured to be FCC compliant and is certified to be compliant. 2) This consumer booster is not user programmable, does not require fine-‐‑tuning, adjustments, or require professional installation. The order of the attached calculations are as follows: EIRP= Power Out (Watts)*Duty Cycle Percent*Antenna Gain (non‐log)*Coax loss (non‐log) The power density (mW/cm 2 ) is calculated using the following formula: Calculated Power Density=1000*EIRP (Watts)/(4*π*(Distance from Antenna (cm)^2)) A booster’s uplink power must not exceed 1 watt equivalent isotropic radiated power (EIRP) for each band of operation. Composite downlink power must not exceed 0.05 watt EIRP for each band of operation (20.21(e)(8)(i)(D)). The following formula was used to calculate the equivalent isotropic radiated Power.
