Federal Communication Commission Interference Statement FCC ID: 2AE6B1228 This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one of the following measures: -Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. -Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver. -Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected. -Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help. Radiation Exposure Statement: This device meets the government’s requirements for exposure to radio waves. This device is designed and manufactured not to exceed the emission limits for exposure to radio frequency (RF) energy set by the Federal Communications Commission of the U.S. Government. The exposure standard for wireless device employs a unit of measurement known as the Specific Absorption Rate, or SAR. The SAR limit set by the FCC is 1.6W/kg. Tests for SAR are conducted using standard operating positions (10mm for Face up, 0mm for Back touch) accepted by the FCC with the device transmitting at its highest certified power level in all tested frequency bands. The device is authorized to operate at a duty factor not to exceed 50%. The use of holsters and similar accessories should not contain metallic components in its assembly, the use of accessories that do not satisfy these requirements may not comply with FCC RF exposure requirements, and should be avoided.

All calibrations / measurements performed meet the fore-mentioned standards. 3.1 SENSITIVITY The sensitivity factors of the three dipoles were determined using a two step calibration method (air and tissue simulating liquid) using waveguides as outlined in the standards for frequency range 600- 7500MHz and using the calorimeter cell method (transfer method) as outlined in the standards for frequency 150-450 MHz. 3.2 LINEARITY The evaluation of the linearity was done in free space using the waveguide, performing a power sweep to cover the SAR range 0.01W/kg to 100W/kg.
