NOTE:ThecamerawillstillfunctionwithoutaSIMcard.TheSIM cardisneededonlyforthewireless/cellularmessagingcapabilities. 2.4CameraModes ThedifferentmodesareaccessedbypressingtheOKbutton,marked BolyTrailCameraBG310Series 6 onthecamera.  OFFMode Toturnoffthecamerawhenthedisplayscreenisactive,pressand holdtheOKbuttonuntilthescreenpowersoff.Thecamerawillstill consumeasmallamountofbatterypowerwhileinOFFmode.We recommendremovingthebatteriesifthecamerawillnotbeusedfor alongperiodoftime. SETUPMode[TestMode] Toturnonthecamera,pressandholdtheOKbuttonuntilthe displayscreenactivates, Inthismode,youcancustomizethecamerasettingsorplayback picturesandvideosthecamerahastakenontheLCDdisplay. AfterswitchingthecameratotheONpositionandifthecamerais leftaloneformorethan20seconds,thecamerawillautomatically switchtoHuntingMode,asdescribedbelow. On[HuntingMode] Inordertoentertheonmode,firstenterthesetupmode,inthe setupmode,automaticallyentertheonmodeafter20 seconds(BG310-M60seconds)withoutanyoperation. BeforeenteringHuntingMode,thefront(red)LEDlightwill continuouslyblinkforapproximately10secondsandthenturnoff. Thispresettimeallowsyoutoadjustthecamera’spositionifneeded beforethecamerabecomesactive.Thecamerawilltakepicturesor videoswhenmotionisdetectedand/oratspecifictimeintervals, accordingtotheprogrammedsettings.
