These provisions are not intended to preclude the transmission of control or signaling information, or the use of repetitive codes used by certain digital technologies to complete frame or burst intervals. The transmitter module manufactured by Cyprus Semiconductor Corporation Model CYW89359 included in the product models listed in this document are compliant with medium access mechanisms defined by the IEEE 802.11 standard. When operated in WLAN Access Point mode, the device transmitting beacons periodically as per IEEE 802.11 specification. These operations are in compliance with the above mentioned requirements.
