Sensor button (mug) Pad 1. Connect the USB-C charger to the product. 2. Place the mug in the center of the pad. Ensure the sensor button is pressed down correctly to initiate heating. 3. Adjust the heating temperature by pressing and holding the touch button. Temperature indicator Touch button (on/off) 6 The operational status is conveyed through the LED indicator situated on the front panel of the pad. Due to other environmental factors of the mug and the volume of water, there might be some variations in the water temperature. Using a regular mug instead of our specialized product, Smug, will not result in heating. When the Smug is placed on the sensor button and pressed, it will automatically switch to the heating mode. Incompatible with regular mugsSmug (specialized mug) 8 Wireless Charging How to use Ensure the pad is clear of metal objects and refrain from pressing the sensor button to prevent heating. Position a wireless charging smartphone at the center of the pad, and verify the charging status using the top indicator. Wireless charging begins when the smart device is placed on the pad, regardless of its power on/off status. Check the charging icon displayed on the mobile device for its charg- ing status. For safety, avoid placing metal objects like coins, keys, or cards between the pad and mobile phone, as this could lead to overheating and damage to both the product and the phone. Wireless Charging 11 Troubleshooting Problem The device is not powering on Flashing Signal Possible CausesSolution Connection error The mug is not positioned correctly, causing it to not press the sensor button Properly position the mug at the center of the pad Restore power / Lift the mug and reposition it. Be sure to read and use the product correctly before use. �Do not use a damaged power cord, plug, or loose outlet. �Do not touch the product, power cord, plug, or outlet with wet hands. �Do not pull on the power cord with excessive force. �Do not bend or damage the power cord. �Do not place the product where there is a possibility of overheating. 1. If the plug is inserted into the USB-C / USB charging terminal, be careful not to apply shock or pressing force to the plug. 2. Do not expose it to high temperatures for an extended period or put it in a microwave. 3. The recommended usage and storage temperature range is 0°C to +45°C (32°F to +113°F). 4. Although it is water-resistant, if the product comes into contact with water, beverages, medicine, cosmetics, sweat, or moisture, do not turn on the power. Clean it with a dry cloth and then have it checked by a service center. (Failure due to product submersion may be subject to a fee and may not be repairable, regardless of the warranty period.) 5. Never disassemble, repair, or modify. (We do not take any responsibility for damage to the product caused by improper use, carelessness, or disassembly.) 6.
