Power on Press the “Volume Control Knob & Power Key” 2. Power off Long press the “Volume Control Knob & Power Key” 3. Transmitting Press the PTT button to transmit, keep away from microphone 5cm at least. Exception & Talking Priority: If there is an advanced user starts to talk when you are transmitting, you will be forced to exit the transmitting mode. 4. Receiving The LED indicator lights blue, LCD screen displays the transmitter’s name when it is receiving. 5. Adjusting the Volume a. Rotate the “ Volume Control Knob & Power Key” to adjust the volume. b. At the interface of volume adjustment, press “Up Key” or “Down Key” to choose lock or unlock the present volume you adjusted, then press “Menu Key” as confirm. 6. Quick Operation In standby mode, press following Key to enter corresponding function’s operation Up Key: choose Group Down Key: choose Member Back Key: history record P1: to get the last caller’s positioning information N O T E Please check the following two items before using. a. Please make sure the SIM card data service has been activated. b. Please make sure the radio has been programmed with the activated platform account and the correct APN information. If not, please contact local dealer for assistance. c. Connect the LTE antenna ,GPS antenna. d. Connect the power cord to the radio 5 Menu Introduction • Press MENU Key to enter menu • Press“▲”or“▼” Key to select items • Press BACK Key to back to the previous menu • Press MENU Key to confirm selecting Menu Sub-menu Function Instruction Menu Choose Group Choose a group, then you can transmit and receive message within the group. Friend List Enter to make private call with the friend(s) that added on platform User List Enter to make private call with the group member(s) Dispatcher MSG Enter to check dispatcher messages PTT Records Enter to check the voice records Contacts Add the phone call contacts list by programming. Into contacts list to choose a phone number to make phone call directly. Call Records Enter to check the telephone calling record, if the radio with telephone function. Audio Settings Sound Quality Standard / High Quality MIC Level -2/-1/standard/+1/+2 Roger Beep ON: A beep when transmitting. OFF:No voice when transmitting. Advanced Setting Network Mode Switch 2G/3G/4G/AUTO Dual SIM SIM 1 / SIM 2 (choose SIM card) PWR ON Mode ACC / KEY (PWR as Power) PWR OFF Mode ACC / KEY (PWR as Power) Rotate Normal / Inverse SOS Mode OFF: Close SOS function. Normal: SOS alarm every 30 seconds and will stop after 3 cycles. HOT MIC: SOS alarm 30 seconds,automatically activates MIC for 10 seconds, then stop for 20 seconds, and it will end after 3 cycles. Record Control OFF/ON Time Zone Choose time zone 6 Menu PoC Update Remote update PoC file Settings Backlight Open: Backlight keeps on. Auto: Backlight turns on automatically when operating on keys, transmitting or receiving happens. Backlight off automatically after 10 seconds no operation. Key: Backlight on automatically when operating on keys. Backlight off automatically after 10 seconds no operation. Brightness Level options from 1 to 9 Auto Lock ON: Keypad locked automatically after 10 seconds no operation. Only PTT button and Side Keys can use. OFF: Long press Side key 2 for 2 seconds to lock/unlock the keypad manually. Language English/ Simplified Chinese / Traditional Chinese Key Tone ON: A beep when operating on keys OFF: No voice when operating on keys. GPS INF Enter to check the local GPS information Version Enter to check the software version, network mode, IMEI 7 Advanced Functions 1. Playback Voice Records Enter “Record Control” to turn on the PTT records function. Enter “PTT Records” to check the voice records. 2. Multi-members Selective Call Enter friend or user list, short press “MENU” key to select one or more online friends, press PTT to create temporary group for selective call. 3. Monitor Group Enter group list, short press “P1” key to monitor other group(s). Short press again to cancel. 8 AFTERSALES SERVICE Warranty Period Main Unit: Two years from the data the radio is sold. Accessories: Battery, Charger and Adapter: One year from the data the radio is sold. (It’s invalid without the seal of seller.) Free Maintenance The seller provides free maintenance for the nature breakups during the warranty period. Paid Maintenance Under the following conditions, the seller will charge the maintenance fee:  Warranty claims not made within the Warranty Period.  The defects are caused by nature disasters.  The defects occurring from misuse, abuse, accident, corrosion, fire, liquid intrusion, or neglect.  The defects or damage from improper or unauthorized testing, operation, maintenance, service, repair, installation, alteration, modification, or adjustment.  Breakage or damage to antennas unless caused directly by defects in material or workmanship.  The defects that have not been operated in accordance with the procedures described in the operating instructions.  The defects th…
