Before you attach your Statik SmartLock in your luggage, let’s get it connected to the Find Hub app. 1 Power on: Press and hold the button for 5 seconds, the device will beep and turn on. (To confirm your device is powered on: Double-click the device button, the device will make a sound). 2 Open the Find Hub app on your Android™ device. A pop-up showing SmartLock will appear. Select “Connect”, “Agree” and “Continue” 3 Set a custom name for your device. Your device is now connected. Follow the tips below for the best SmartLock experience. •Change your SmartLock battery every 15 months to get the best finding experience. •Share your SmartLock with family inside the Find Hub app, so they can help you find your luggage. •Still having trouble? Reach out to our support team at [email protected] Operating Instructions •Power On: Press and hold the button for 5 seconds, the device will send a prompt tone, and the device has been turned on. •Disable: When the device is powered on, press the button 5 times in 2 seconds, the device will send a prompt sound, and the device will enter the shutdown sleep mode. •To Enable Identification: Locate the ON/OFF button on the SmartLock. Quickly press the button six times within 2 seconds. Locate your SmartLock 1. Open Find Hub app and select the SmartLock under the “My Devices” list. 2. Tap on your SmartLock. 3. Tap “Play Sound” to trigger the SmartLock locator sound. Tap “Stop Sound” to stop the sound once your SmartLock is found. Removing SmartLock from Google Find Hub App. •To remove your SmartLock from the Find Hub app, select the gear icon to navigate to Device Details. •At the bottom of the screen, select “Remove from Find Hub”. How to Perform a Factory Reset •When the device is turned on, press the Find My button 4 times in a row, the device plays a sound • Press and hold the Find My button as soon as you hear the sound. After two seconds, the SmartLock will emit a “tick, tick tick” sound. Do NOT release the button and continue holding for about 8 seconds. •The SmartLock will play a sound again. Release the button and the factory reset is complete. Use And Care Statik SmartLock is water-resistant but not waterproof.
