Appearance 1 2 3 4 Usage USB-C Fact ory Reset LED Indicator Help Aft er booting AURGA Viewer and LED indicator blinks, insert a paper clip into the small hole on the case. Press the inner reset button for 3 seconds and release it. AURGA Viewer will enter factory reset mode and the LED indicator blinks fast, finally it automatically reboots. After AURGA Viewer boots Blinking RED: Indicates that HDMI port is not plugged or there is no video output from the port. YELLOW: Indicates that HDMI port is receiving video signals. GREEN: Indicates that HDMI port is receiving video signals and app is streaming. Blinking YELLOW: Indicates that app connects to AURGA Viewer but the HDMI port is not plugged or there is no video output from the port. Please visit https://aurga.com to get more information. Computer/Gaming Console ... Plug HDMI port and USB-C port to target video output device. If the target device doesn’t provide USB-A port, you need to prepare a standard USB-A 5V power adapter. Visit the website (https://aurga.com) and download apps from the Download page. For iOS and Android platform, please search “AURGA Viewer” from App Store/Play Store.
