TO: 7layers GmbH Date: 06/10/2026 Product Certification Department Borsigstraße 11 40880 Ratingen, Germany FCC ID: 2AO3N-TH87K7ERPI Subject: Declaration of compliance to the requirements of §15.121 We, Dedrone Holdings, LLC, declare that this scanning receiver is incapable of operating (tuning), or readily being altered by the users to operate, within the frequency bands allocated to the Cellular Radiotelephone Service in part 22 of this chapter (cellular telephone bands). This device will not be able to receive transmissions in cellular telephone bands by means of clipping the leads of, or installing a simple component such as a diode, resistor or jumper wire; replacing a plug-in semiconductor chip; or programming a semiconductor chip using special access codes or an external device, such as a personal computer. This device is also incapable of converting digital cellular communication transmissions to analog voice audio. This device is designed so that the tuning, control and filtering circuitry is inaccessible. Any attempts to modify the equipment to receive transmissions from Cellular Radiotelephone Service will render the receiver inoperable. This scanning receiver rejects any signals from Cellular Radiotelephone Service frequency bands that are 38 dB or lower based upon 12 dB SINAD measurement. We are aware that the modification of this device to receive transmissions from Cellular Radiotelephone Service frequency bands will be considered to constitute manufacture of such equipment. This includes any individual, individuals, entity or organization that modifies one or more scanners. Any modification to receive transmissions form Cellular Radiotelephone Service frequency bands voids the certification of the scanning receiver, regardless of the date of manufacture of the original unit. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. Thank you. Sincerely, Robin H. Jaeger

The tri-band design of this antenna helps reduce interference and noise since it will reject out-of-band signals between the three bands of this antenna. This omnidirectional "rubber-duck" antenna provides broad coverage and 3 dBi gain. Measuring 7.79" long, this flexible antenna features a tilt-and-swivel connector which allows them to be used vertically, at a right angle, or any angle in-between. It is suitable as a replacement RF antenna for many wireless access points and routers that are equipped with similar type antennas. The HG2458RD is available with SMS Male, TNC Male, RP-RSP Plug or RP-TNC Plug connectors. FCC Part 15 subpart B, ICES 003 and CISPR 22 contain different definitions of Class A and Class B limits, i.e. which class is applicable to which kind of EUT. ICES 003 and CISPR 22 distinguish between the location where the EUT is intended to operate whilst FCC refers to the method of commercial distribution (distributive trades). 2. The correct assignment of the appropriate class to the concrete EUT is not scope of this test report! 3. A radio apparatus that is specifically subject to an ISED Radio Standard Specification (RSS) and which contains an ITE is not subject to ICES-003 provided the ITE is used only to enable operation of the radio apparatus and the ITE does not control additional functions or capabilities. 4. ISM (Industrial, Scientific or Medical) radio frequency generators, though they may contain ITE, are excluded from the definition of ITE and are not subject to ICES-003. They are instead subject to the Interference-Causing Equipment Standard ICES-001, which specifically addresses ISM radio frequency generators.
