Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures: • Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. • Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver. • Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected. • Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help. Changes or modifications made to this equipment not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment. RF Exposure Information This equipment is exempt from routine RF exposure evaluation per FCC 47 CFR §2.1093, as the calculated Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) levels are below the threshold requiring evaluation. No minimum separation distance is required between the device and the user's body during normal operation. Using high-fidelity sensors, the patent-pending NeuroStrip transmits and records real-time surface electromyography (sEMG) from the selected muscles and accelerometer data from device movement, providing a versatile tool across a wide range of industries, including rehabilitation, sports science, wearables, and medical technology. The NeuroStrip Application allows multiple devices to be connected and processed within a single session. The App supports highly customized data visualization, with the ability to record and review sessions, track progress, and enhance client recovery and performance. The muscle should return to a resting state in a timely manner. The muscle does not need to function at optimal levels. The NeuroStrip is designed to detect muscle movement reliably and accurately to microvolt signal levels at the Target Muscle site. Operating NeuroStrip | 05 2.1 Patch Alignment The NeuroStrip kit includes the Patch Alignment Tool. This tool is used to properly align the NeuroStrip to the electrode targets on the patch. Operational Description

Control Bionics 302 W. 3rd Street #810, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 (513) 453 4848 www.controlbionics.com Operational Description 2026/07/01 NeuroStrip is a body-worn, battery-powered device for reading physiological signals (e.g., surface electromyography [EMG]) and transmitting these readings via Bluetooth® Low Energy (BLE) to an off-the-shelf device (e.g., a Windows Surface Tablet) running an App from Control Bionics to receive the telemetry and present it to the user graphically or in some other format. (The italicized terms in this document reference blocks in the NeuroStrip Block Diagram.) The Electrode Array is composed of three plates, integral to the circuit board, that contact an electrode patch that adheres to the skin. The total weight of the NeuroStrip with the electrode patch is approximately 4 grams. The Analog Front End (AFE) uses an instrumentation amplifier specifically designed to monitor physiological signals such as EMG. The NeuroStrip design allows for a bandpass range of 0.1Hz to 1,000Hz. The Analog Back End (ABE) amplifies the physiological signal captured by the AFE and provides an integrated output to the Processor of NeuroStrip. In addition, the ABE provides the Processor with an amplified full-spectrum representation of the physiological signal captured by the AFE. This full-spectrum signal is optionally available via Bluetooth transmission to the App running on the off-the-shelf receiving device. The power management section consists of a lithium-ion battery that is fed directly to the Battery Management section of the circuit. The 3.7 VDC nominal battery is charged via a USB-C 5.0 VDC connection interface between the Charger bay and the NeuroStrip. The Battery Management section maintains battery health through automatic battery disconnect in the event of short-circuits or under/over voltage conditions. In addition, the Battery Management output feeds a 3.0V LDO Regulator to supply the operating voltage for the digital section of NeuroStrip, which is composed of the Processor, Sensors, UI, and Bluetooth modules. The Battery Management output also feeds a 3.0 VDC regulator directly on the AFE/ABE module. This power supply for the AFE/ABE can be powered on and off programmatically through Processor control of the Load Switch. Control Bionics 302 W. 3rd Street #810, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 (513) 453 4848 www.controlbionics.com The NeuroStrip Processor is built around a Nordic Semiconductor Arm® Cortex™-M4 CPU. The UI consists of a green charging light administered by the Battery Management module, and a push button and RGB LED that interface directly to the Processor. NeuroStrip Bluetooth functionality is enabled by a 2.4 GHz transceiver with −96 dBm sensitivity in Bluetooth Low Energy mode. Supported data rates are 1 Mbps (Bluetooth 4.2) and 2 Mbps (Bluetooth 5.0). The Sensors module consists of an accelerometer with static and dynamic readings along the x, y, and z axes that are transmitted in the same telemetry as the physiological data.
