When the product is held in hand, the temperature of the human body will effect the readings, resulting in difference between the readings and the actual values of the environment. 3. Check if the vent hole at the top of the product is clogged. If it is clogged, please clean it carefully, and avoid damaging the sensor. E1 shows on the screen. The environment temperature exceeded the measurement range of the product. Please put the product in a normal indoor environment. The screen doesn't show anything. Please refer to the instruction "Insert or Replace Battery" of this manual.
