WARRANTY — At Courant we are dedicated to making the best quality products. Your MAG:1 is under warranty for 1 year under normal use from the original date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”). The Purchaser must own the Product. This warranty does not affect any statutory ri ghts that you may be entitled to. Keep a copy of your purchase receipt as proof of purchase. If a material or workmanship defect arises with regard to any Courant pr oduct, and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, we will at our option, either repair the product using new or refurbished par ts, replace the product with a new or refurbished Courant product, or refund the purchase price of the defective Courant product. For the purpose of this limited warranty, “refurbished” means a product or par t that has been substantially returned to its original or improved specifications.
