Packing List • Wireless charger • USB-A to USB-C cable Installation 1. Plug the USB-A power adapter (sold separately) into a standard grounding duplex wall receptacle. Ensure there are no exposed conductors 2. Insert USB-A connector of charging cable (included) into port on power adapter. 3. Connect the USB-C connector of charging cable to the port on the wireless charging station. 4. A glowing blue light indicates the charging station is plugged in properly. 5. Place AirPods® or AirPods Pro® charging case (must support wireless charging) on the charging pad correctly. 6. Light will turn from blue to green to indicate earphones are charging. WARNING: Avoid using ring holders or AirPods ® cases that contain metal. Metallic objects should not be placed between the wireless charging pad and your AirPods – metal can interrupt the charging process, as well as create heat, posing a burn risk. Important Notes: 1. This wireless charging station is compatible with AirPods® and AirPods Pro® wireless charging cases only. 2. Please remove the protective case when charging, to ensure safety and efficient charging. 3. The USB port is used to charge portable electronic devices only. There is no data transfer capability. 4. Do not disassemble the charger. Keep away from fire and water, to avoid causing a short circuit leakage. 5. Do not use wireless charger in severely hot, humid or corrosive environments, to avoid circuit damage. 6. Do not place devices with magnetic strips or chips (ID card, bank cards, etc.) on wireless charging pad to avoid magnetic failure. 7. Please keep the distance at least 8in. between implantable medical devices (pacemakers, implantable cochlear, etc.) and the wireless charger, to avoid potential interference with the medical device. Warranty Replacement Procedure 1. Call Jasco Consumer Care at 1-800-654-8483 to get a Claim Number, shipping instructions and a prepaid return address label. 2. Return the Jasco wireless charger, freight prepaid, to Jasco. Wireless chargers returned to Jasco must have a Claim Number included in the mailing address to be accepted. 3. The original purchaser will be asked to send the wireless charger, a copy of the sales receipt for the product, his/her name, address, phone number and a description of the problem. (1) Power transfer frequency is less than 1MHz. (2) Output power from each primary coil is less than or equal to 15 watts. (3) The system may consist of more than one source primary coils, charging one or more clients. If more than one primary coil is present, the coil pairs may be powered on at the same time. (4) Client device is placed directly in contact with the transmitter. (5) Mobile exposure conditions only (portable exposure conditions are not covered by this exclusion). (6) The aggregate H-field strengths anywhere at or beyond 15 cm surrounding the device, and 20 cm away from the surface from all coils that by design can simultaneously transmit, and while those coils are simultaneously energized, are demonstrated to be less than 50% of the applicable MPE limit. Remark: Meet all the above requirements.
