14 电池充电注意事项: A 本耳机电池采用的是聚合物锂电池,可重复充电使用。在前几次充电 必须充够 2 小时以上,并且每次要用完电池的电量再进行充电,可以 延长寿命; B 充满电后建议继续充半小时,以保证更长的播放时间; C 锂电池须由客服人员更换,用户不可自行更换(注意:如果电池更换 不当会有爆炸危险,只能用同样类型或等效类型的电池来更换);为 保护环境,废弃电池请交给专业机构回收处理; D 电池的寿命可能会随使用条件、生产时间的不同而有所不同。 15 充电 : 本机只能通过电脑 USB 接口充电或者使用符合国家标准的 5V 500mA 适配器进行充电 , 本机无论开机与否,只要您把产品与适配器连接 , 就可以给产品充电,在充电的过程中,产品有一定的升温 , 属于正常现象; 设备的辅助部件和其他部件出现故障不作为主机服务承诺兑现的依据。 四、爱悦诗科技不对用户及经销商的特殊、意外或间接损失负责。 五、爱悦诗科技对偶然发生的或随之而来的损坏或预计会得到的利益或利润的损 失,录音、谈话隐私的损失或损害,由于使用或无法使用产品导致的工作 停止或数据的损失或损坏等情况不负法律责任。同时,对故障产品的维修 过程会造成产品内存储的内容丢失,请客户事先备份,爱悦诗科技不负责 赔偿使用或维修过程中任何因数据丢失而导致的损失,也不对由此而造成 的其它间接损失负责。 六、您在购买本产品时,如销售商向您作出一些超出本承诺以外的其他承诺,请 您向销售商索要书面证明,以保证销售商对这些额外的承诺负责,爱悦诗 科技对此不承担 责任。 七、为了您的利益,避免您维修等待时间,爱悦诗科技服务机构可视情况,采用 产品更换方式为您发生故障的属于保修范围的产品提供保修服务,保修 TWSTJ150 14 期间不超过两次的此类更换应视为维修,且更换后的产品三包期限不另作延长。 如果您不同意此方式,请务必要求对原产品进行维修而非更换。 八、其他注意事项: 1. 爱悦诗科技的所有产品均为送修服务,不提供上门服务,并且不承担 送修过程中产生的交通运输等费用;爱悦诗科技客户服务中心不提供 包括但不限于音频、视频、软件、固件等下载服务;不提供除爱悦诗 科技正式承诺由客户服务中心进行的升级服务之外的任何升级服务。 2. 产品出现故障的日期以送达爱悦诗科技客户服务中心之日为准。 3. 在您送修产品时,请务必留下方便与您联系的电话号码,以便维修结 束后能够及时通知您取机。请您在收到通知后一周内到受理点领取, 超过三个月未领取的,爱悦诗科技及负责提供服务的销售商将不再承 担保管责任(用户与销售商有事先约定的除外)。 4. 如您的产品符合三包承诺中的退货条件,且您不同意更换或维修,选 择退货时,请您携带爱悦诗科技客服中心出具的故障证明(维修服务 单)、故障设备及其全部物件到购机销售商处,销售商将免费为您退 货,并按照购买价格(以正式发票所记载的价格为准)一次性退清货款; The formula defines the thresholds in general for either available maximum time-averaged power or maximum time-averaged ERP, whichever is greater. If the ERP of a device is not easily determined, such as for a portable device with a small form factor, the applicant may use the available maximum time-averaged power exclusively if the device antenna or radiating structure does not exceed an electrical length of λ/4. As for devices with antennas of length greater than λ/4 where the gain is not well defined, but always less than that of a half-wave dipole (length λ/2), the available maximum time-averaged power generated by the device may be used in place of the maximum time-averaged ERP, where that value is not known. The separation distance is the smallest distance from any part of the antenna or radiating structure for all persons, during operation at the applicable ERP. In the case of mobile or portable devices, the separation distance is from the outer housing of the device where it is closest to the antenna. The SAR-based exemption formula of § 1.1307(b)(3)(i)(B), repeated here as Formula (B.2), applies for single fixed, mobile, and portable RF sources with available maximum time-averaged power or effective radiated power (ERP), whichever is greater, of less than or equal to the threshold Pth (mW). This method shall only be used at separation distances from 0.5 cm to 40 cm and at frequencies from 0.3 GHz to 6 GHz (inclusive). Pth is given by Formula (B.2). Where and f is in GHz, d is the separation distance (cm), and ERP 20cm is per Formula (B.1).
