C251 have one 75 ohm coaxial port and C254 have four 75 ohm coaxial ports. The mechanic parts and PCB are the same. The only difference are the how many channels that are mounted on the PCB. And the front overlay are different. The components for each channel are the same. The difference can be viewed in the pictures 1 and 2. Picture 1 Units: C251 to the left and C254 to the right.
