Forservicepurposes,incaseafailurerelatedtothemodulehasbeenidentified,the UGOWORKHMIV2modulecanonlybereplacedbyanotheridenticalUGOWORKHMIV2 module. 5.ModuleTestPlan TestingtheradiomoduleonallspecifiedmodulationslistedintheSystemSpecificationssection maybedonewiththeuseofaspecifictestfirmware.Thisfirmwaremustbeinstalledthrough theCANinterfacewiththecustomUGOWORKservicetools.Toenableradioconfigurationthe UARTinterfaceneedstobeconnectedviathetagconnectwire.Withthetestfirmwarethe modulecanbecontrolledviaPCwiththehelpoftheTexasInstrumentsRadioTool,whichcan setallnecessaryparametersfortestingallWi-Fimodulefunctionstothelimitsofwhatthe moduleisabletotransmit.Thismoduletestplanshouldbeusedbythecertificationcompanyto assesstheradiomodule. 6.HostTestPlan Themoduleisonlycertifiedforintentionalemissionswithalimitedmodularapproval.Every UGOWORKbatterymodelthatwillincludetheUGOWORKHMIV2shallbevalidatedforboth unintentional(e.g.FCCPart15SubpartB,ICES-003)andintentionalemissions(fundamental andspuriousemissionslevels)aftertheintegrationoftheUGOWORKHMIV2.Sincethisisa LimitedModularApprovaleachhostconfigurationwouldhavetobeaddedthroughaClassII PermissiveChange. TovalidatetheintentionalemissionsoftheUGOWORKHMIV2moduleinaUGOWORK battery,aspecificfirmware,sendingdataincontinuousmode,isusedtovalidatethefield strengthoffundamentalandspuriousinananechoicchamberofanaccreditedtestlab.
