LED DOWNLIGHT INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Read the instruction sheet and all product labels before installing fixture. This product must be installed in full accordance with applicable electrical and building codes by a person familiar with the construction and operation of this fixture and all involved hazards. Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician in accordance with the National Electrical Code and relevant local codes. TO PREVENT ELECTRICAL SHOCK, POWER SHOULD BE TURNED OFF AT THE FUSE BOX BEFORE INSTALLATION. SAFETY WARNINGS: Read all product labels and directions. ·WARNING – Risk of fire or electric shock. LED Retrofit Kit installationrequires knowledge of luminaires electrical systems. If not qualified, do not attempt installation.Contact a qualified electrician. ·WARNING – Risk of fire or electric shock. Install this kit only in the luminaires that have the construction features and dimensions shown in the photographs and/or drawings. · Installation should be performed only by a qualified electrician in accordance with the National Electrical Code and relevant local codes. ·Do not make or alter any open holes in an enclosure of wiring or electrical components during kit installation. ·WARNING – To prevent wiring damage or abrasion, do not expose wiring to edges of sheet metal or other sharp objects. ·Lamp replacement instructions shall indicate the manufacturer's custom lamp part number, and a method to order replacement lamps by phone, website and/or mail. ·The recessed luminaire is intended for mounting only in a covered ceiling (where only the led side of the luminaire will be exposed to damp or dry locations). · INSTALLATION SHOULD ONLY BE PERFORMED AFTER POWER TO THE FIXTURE HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED. ·These instructions shall be included on an information sheet packaged with each unit. FCC Notice This device has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: 1.Attach mounting bracket to the J-Box using the 2 provided screws. 2.Attach mounting bracket to the board using the expansion bolts and Cross Nibbed Screw. 3.Attach the hook to one of the holes in the mounting bracket. 4.The hook is then inserted into the J-box 5.Insert existing wire ends from the J-Box to the LED adapter.Black wire(L)、White wire (N)and Ground wire (G). Connect the end of the LED adapter corning out of the J-Box to the fixture and wire the grounds together using the provided wire nut. 6.Then plug all wiring harnesses and fixtures into the J-Box 7.Align the wide notch.Push fixture up into the mounting bracket until it clicks into place Make sure all wires are carefully tucked inside the J-Box and fixture is flush with the ceiling. 8.Tighten the clamp by rotating clockwise.Installation complete,restore power. 1 2 4 3 5 6 7 8 6
