Product Information:  Max Capacity 180kg Division 100g  Works with the “Smart Life” App and analyzes over 13 body health values. o Traditional values: Weight / BMI / Body fat(percentage)/ water content ( Body water percentage) / Muscle/Calorie (KCAL) / Bone Mass o New values: Body Score /Fat-free Body Weight / Visceral fat(grade) / Protein / Body Type / Metabolic Age o Curve trends lines for Weight / body fat / BMI  App supports share to family multiple users  Auto on & Off  Low battery and overload indicator Note: The scale will turn on when a weight of 5kg or more is placed on it. It is recommended to keep the scale in a working environment of: 0°C-40°C/32°F-104°F; Relative humidity<85% so that the health values will continuously be updated. App “Smart Life” Information: Search and download the free app “Smart Life” on Android or iOS. System requirement for use of the App: o iOS 8.0 or higher o Android 4.4 or higher o Due to the many different device manufacturers, models and software versions, full functionality cannot be guaranteed. Please read the following instructions carefully before use. The scales are designed for household use only, not to be used for commercial purposes. Operation: 1. Open the battery compartment on the underside. 2. Insert batteries, please ensure that the polarity is correct. 3. Close the battery compartment again. Note: If the message “ LO” appears on the display, replace the batteries. How to measure Body Weight If you prefer to not connect to WIFI and would just like to use the scale for simple weight measurement, then simply follow the steps below: 1. Press the platform center and remove your foot. 2. 0.0 will be displayed on the screen 3. The scale will switch off and is now ready for use. 4. Step onto weight platform until your weight numbers appear on the screen. Note: This initialization process must be repeated if the scale is moved. Always place the scale on a hard and flat surface to have accurate measurement. If you find a 3kg discrepancy 2 times consecutively, it is possible that the initialization process was not successful. Repeat steps 1-3. Use with the App To download the app, search for “ Smart Life” in any app store. RF EXPOSURE EVALUATION 1. PRODUCT INFORMATION Product Description WiFi body fat scale Test Model BF1321-WF(BF1321-ITO-WF)/700029 FCC ID 2AV8O-BF1321-ITO-WF 2. EVALUATION METHOD AND LIMIT Human exposure to RF emissions from mobile devices (47 CFR §2.1091) may be evaluated based on the MPE limits adopted by the FCC for electric and magnetic field strength and/or power density, as appropriate, since exposures are assumed to occur at distances of 20 cm or more from persons. LIMITS FOR GENERAL POPULATION / UNCONTROLLED EXPOSURE Frequency Range (MHz) E-field Strength (E) (V/m) Magnetic Field Strength (H) (A/m) Power Density (S) (mW/cm 2 ) Averaging Time |E| 2 , |H| 2 or S (Minutes) 0.3 -- 1.34 614 1.63 (100)* 30 1.34 -- 30 824/f 2.19/f (180/f 2 )* 30 30 -- 300 27.5 0.073 0.2 30 300 -- 1500 -- -- f/1500 30 1500 -- 100,000 -- -- 1.0 30 *Note: 1. f= Frequency in MHz * Plane-wave Equivalent Power Density 2. The averaging time for General Population/Uncontrolled exposure to fixed transmitters is not applicable for mobile and portable transmitters. See 47 CFR §§2.1091 and 2.1093 on source-based time-averaging requirement for mobile and portable transmitters. S=PG/4πR² Where: S=power density P=power input to antenna G=power gain of the antenna in the direction of interest relative to an isotropic radiator R=distance to the center of radiation of the antenna 3. CALCULATION A minimum test separation distance ≥ 20 cm is required between the antenna and radiating structures of the device and nearby persons to apply mobile device exposure limits. The distance must be at least 20 cm and fully supported by the operating and installation configurations of the transmitter and its antenna(s), according to the source-based time-averaged maximum power requirements of § 2.1091(d)(2). In cases where cable losses or other attenuations are applied to determine compliance, the most conservative operating configurations and exposure conditions must be evaluated. BLOCK DIAGRAM OF LINE CONDUCTED EMISSION TEST EUT & Support Units Report No.: AGC06754220901FE05 Page 65 of 66 12.3. PRELIMINARY PROCEDURE OF LINE CONDUCTED EMISSION TEST 1. The equipment was set up as per the test configuration to simulate typical actual usage per the user’s manual. When the EUT is a tabletop system, a wooden table with a height of 0.8 meters is used and is placed on the ground plane as per ANSI C63.10 (see Test Facility for the dimensions of the ground plane used). When the EUT is a floor-standing equipment, it is placed on the ground plane which has a 3-12 mm non-conductive covering to insulate the EUT from the ground plane. 2. Support equipment, if needed, was placed as per ANSI C63.10. 3. All I/O cables were positioned to simulate typical actual usage as per ANSI C63.10. 4. All support equipment received AC120V/60Hz power from a LISN, if any. 5. The EUT received DC 5V power from adapter which received AC120V/60Hz power from a LISN. 6. The test program was started. Emissions were measured on each current carrying line of the EUT using a spectrum Analyzer / Receiver connected to the LISN powering the EUT. The LISN has two monitoring points: Line 1 (Hot Side) and Line 2 (Neutral Side). Two scans were taken: one with Line 1 connected to Analyzer / Receiver and Line 2 connected to a 50 Ohm load; the second scan had Line 1 connected to a 50 Ohm load and Line 2 connected to the Analyzer / Receiver. 7. Analyzer / Receiver scanned from 150 kHz to 30MHz for emissions in each of the test modes. 8. During the above scans, the emissions were maximized by cable manipulation. 9. The test mode(s) were scanned during the preliminary test. Then, the EUT configuration and cable configuration of the above highest emission level were recorded for reference of final testing. 12.4. FINAL PROCEDURE OF LINE CONDUCTED EMISSION TEST 1. EUT and support equipment was set up on the test bench as per step 2 of the preliminary test. 2. A scan was taken on both power lines, Line 1 and Line 2, recording at least the six highest emissions. Emission frequency and amplitude were recorded into a computer in which correction factors were used to calculate the emission level and compare reading to the applicable limit. If EUT emission level was less – 2dB to the A.V. limit in Peak mode, then the emission signal was re-checked using Q.P and Average detector. 3. The test data of the worst case was reported on the Summary Data page. 12.5. TEST RESULT OF LINE CONDUCTED EMISSION TEST N/A Note: The EUT was supplied by battery.
