ThisdevicecomplieswithPart15oftheFCCRules.Operationissubjecttothefollowingtwo conditions: (1)thisdevicemaynotcauseharmfulinterference,and (2)thisdevicemustacceptanyinterferencereceived,includinginterferencethatmaycause undesiredoperation. ReportNo.:CQASZ20220200203E-01 Page:71of87 5.10 OtherrequirementsFrequencyHoppingSpreadSpectrumSystem TestRequirement:47CFRPart15CSection15.247(a)(1),(h)requirement: Thesystemshallhoptochannelfrequenciesthatareselectedatthesystemhopping ratefromaPseudorandomorderedlistofhoppingfrequencies.Eachfrequencymustbeusedequally ontheaveragebyeachtransmitter.Thesystemreceiversshallhaveinputbandwidthsthatmatchthe hoppingchannelbandwidthsoftheircorrespondingtransmittersandshallshiftfrequenciesin synchronizationwiththetransmittedsignals. Frequencyhoppingspreadspectrumsystemsarenotrequiredtoemployallavailablehopping channelsduringeachtransmission.However,thesystem,consistingofboththetransmitterandthe receiver,mustbedesignedtocomplywithalloftheregulationsinthissectionshouldthe transmitterbepresentedwithacontinuousdata(orinformation)stream.Inaddition,asystem employingshorttransmissionburstsmustcomplywiththedefinitionofafrequencyhoppingsystem andmustdistributeitstransmissionsovertheminimumnumberofhoppingchannelsspecifiedin thissection. Theincorporationofintelligencewithinafrequencyhoppingspreadspectrumsystemthatpermits thesystemtorecognizeotheruserswithinthespectrumbandsothatitindividuallyand independentlychoosesandadaptsitshopsetstoavoidhoppingonoccupiedchannelsispermitted. Thecoordinationoffrequencyhoppingsystemsinanyothermannerfortheexpresspurposeof avoidingthesimultaneousoccupancyofindividualhoppingfrequenciesbymultipletransmittersis notpermitted.
