Basic UI Configuration Status Display Window: Displays connection status of NFC Secure Card Fingerprint Enrollment Window: Displays enrolled fingerprint (MAX 3) Information Display Window: Displays instructions and/or status Fingerprint Image Window: Displays scanned fingerprint image Menu Buttons: Selectable buttons are enabled 2. Card Activation - Insert SecureCard into the cradle * When SecureCard is recognized, the color of the Status Display Window changes and status notice is displayed. * Information on operation steps are displayed in Information Display Window. * Up to 3 user fingerprints can be registered in SecureCard. * The fingerprint registration status can be monitored in Fingerprint Enrollment Window. * Only selectable buttons are enabled. 3. Fingerprint Registration - Click enabled [Enroll] button to enroll user fingerprint in SecureCard. - SecureCard waits for user to scan fingerprint. User needs to scan fingerprint 8 times. - When fingerprint is scanned image is displayed and scanning status is displayed. 3. Fingerprint Registration - When fingerprint is scanned 8 times, a window pops up to input user name. - When fingerprint is enrolled successfully, Enrolled username appears under fingerprint icon. - Above image shows 3 fingerprints are enrolled. 4. Fingerprint Delete - Click enabled [Delete] button to delete enrolled fingerprint in SecureCard. - SecureCard waits for user to scan fingerprint. User can scan up to 10 times. 4. Fingerprint Delete - When a fingerprint is scanned, the name of the matched fingerprint is displayed in Fingerprint Enrollment Window. - The matched fingerprint is deleted. 5. Fingerprint Verification - Click enabled [Verify] button to wait for fingerprint scan. - SecureCard waits for user to scan fingerprint. User can scan up to 10 times. - When a fingerprint is scanned, the name of the matched fingerprint is displayed in Fingerprint Enrollment Window. 6. Status LED Display 1. When cradle is connected OnOff Green Power OnPower Off BlueUnder USB communication with PC No USB communication RedCharging*NA * Charging time : Battery is completely charged with 3 hour charging - Cradle is connected to PC through USB Cable. - Insert SecureCard such that the fingerprint sensor on SecureCard and Insertion Mark on Cradle (marked with red circle) are on the same side. 6.
