Unless made with the prior written consent of the other Party, the Parties will maintain secrecy and confidentiality of Confidential and/or Proprietary Information by agreeing that in absence of written consent of the other Party, to decline to share information with the press/media, to forego a news release and refrain from posting on social media, including but not limited to: photographs and films, public announcements, or confirmation of same, on any aspect of the subject matter of Programs.
