The watch stores several messages. Sleep Monitoring Shows the day's sleep monitoring status, data is updated daily and specific data can be synced to the APP for viewing. Blood Oxygen Monitoring Blood oxygen measurement: the red light at the bottom lights up to start the measurement, which is completed after approximately 30 to 60 seconds.
